00:00The Senate's hearing on the war on drugs became heated,

00:03especially when former President Rodrigo Duterte came to the hearing for the first time.

00:08This is what Professor Antonio Contreras has to say, Professor.

00:27Senator Riza Monteveros and former President Rodrigo Duterte were even heated.

00:35But among the senators who attended, Senator Riza Monteveros stood out.
