00:17Professor Antonio Contreras said that the requirement is simple

00:22for those who want to run for office.

00:24As long as you know how to read and write,

00:27as a Filipino who lives in the country and is not convicted,

00:31you can run for office.

00:33There is no need for experience here,

00:36and there is no need to be punished.

00:38Contreras explained that this is because the complaint

00:42of a politician's actions and actions are permissible,

00:45because it is the primary job of halal officials
