International nuclear weapons experts are taken hostage by terrorists, causing global turmoil. A group of unidentified foreigners prepares to salvage nuclear bombs left by a major power from the Cold War, planning to carry out a terrorist attack. Their intention is to detonate the nuclear bombs in the active Pacific Ring of Fire. In a race against time, Chinese anti-terrorism police and the navy work closely together. Lin Zhan (played by Yan Yikuan) and Xia Su (played by Qu Jingjing) form an anti-terrorism vanguard team that heads into the deep sea, charging forward with determination. Meanwhile, at the tactical command center, the rear forces, led by the chief of staff (played by Li Youbin) and the head of national security (played by You Yongzhi), devise strategies and arrange troops for the anti-terror operation, ultimately resolving the crisis.
