00:00Breaking news, a typhoon, the Lion Typhoon, has become a typhoon.

00:05The last sighting of the Lion Typhoon is 590 kilometers east of Tuguegarao, Cagayan.

00:09The typhoon has a wind speed of 130 kilometers per hour.

00:14The chances of the Lion Typhoon becoming a super typhoon are still high

00:17as it approaches Batanes, according to the forecast.

00:20There is also a possibility that the typhoon will land in Batanes

00:24before it hits Taiwan on Thursday.

00:54Northern portion of Quezon, along with Quilillo Islands, Camarines Norte,

00:59Eastern portion of Camarines Sur, Buong Catanduanes,

01:02Eastern portion of Albay, and Northeastern portion of Sorsogon.

01:08Wind signal No. 1 also in the Eastern portion of Northern Samar,

01:11and Northern portion of Eastern Samar.

01:14For the next few hours, we expect strong rain with gusts of wind in the mentioned areas.

01:21It will be difficult and dangerous for any sea vehicles to sail

01:24in the coastal areas of Ilocos Norte, Batanes, Cagayan, along with Babuyan Islands,

01:30Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, along with Quilillo Islands,

01:34Catanduanes, and in the coastal areas of Camarines Norte.

01:39Intense to torrential rains are expected this Tuesday

01:42for the residents of Batanes and Cagayan, along with Babuyan Islands, said Pag-asa.

01:48It will be heavy rain, so be prepared for possible strong winds,

01:52such as floods and landslides.

01:55Heavy to intense rains will also be experienced in Ilocos Norte, Apayau,

02:00Occidental Mindoro, and Antique, while moderate to heavy rains

02:04will be expected in Ilocos Sur, Isabela, Abra, Calinga, Calamian Islands,

02:10Romblon, Negros Occidental, and Aclan.
