00:00Breaking news, a typhoon has hit Marseille.

00:04Based on a 5 a.m. bulletin, the number one wind signal in Batanes,

00:08Cagayan, along with the Babuyan Islands,

00:10northern and eastern portion of Isabela,

00:13northern portion of Apayao,

00:14and northern portion of Ilocos Norte.

00:17The last sighting of a typhoon in the east of Valera Aurora.

00:20The wind speed is about 120 km per hour.

00:25According to the forecast, the typhoon will have rapid intensification.

00:29This means that the typhoon will be strong due to the weather conditions of the sea.

00:34The 11 a.m. bulletin of the typhoon, Marseille, is the same.

00:39Meanwhile, local thunderstorms are expected in some parts of the country.

00:44There is a cloud cluster near Mindanao,

00:47but the chance of it being a low-pressure area is low, according to the forecast.

00:51Almost the entire country will be raining today,

00:54including Metro Manila,
