00:00But Ryan Poles also bears responsibility for having his lack of depth at offensive tackle
00:05exposed.
00:06Braxton Jones goes down, Karan Amigaji not ready for that challenge.
00:10What do they do on the offensive line now?
00:12Well, Nate Davis might be sticking around longer than people thought.
00:17I figured Nate Davis was probably headed toward being released here in the near future, but
00:24they lost three guys yesterday.
00:25Braxton Jones, Tevin Jenkins went out twice with an knee injury, and then Bill Murray
00:31had a pec injury, and that's concerning because anytime you hear pec injury, those usually
00:35aren't good.
00:37Those often signal season ending.
00:40So they've got some depth issues there.
00:42Larry Borum returned to practice this past week, so he'll get another week of practice.
00:46This week could be elevated in time for the Arizona game.
00:50He's played left tackle in the past.
00:52Matt Pryor, who started at right guard, looked like he'd be the swing tackle there through
00:56a lot of training camps.
00:58So he'd be an option.
00:59You'd have to replace him at right guard.
01:01So they've got some moving parts there.
01:04I don't know that I'd criticize Poles for the lack of depth at offensive tackle.
01:09They have options.
01:11They have gone through some injuries.
01:13It's not like most teams have a road grader just sitting behind the starting left tackle
01:22that's ready to step in at a moment's notice.
01:25And it's unfortunate for them because Braxton Jones may have been playing the best football
01:30of any lineman that they have, guys.
