मथूरा: धर्माचार्य पूरण प्रकाश जी महाराज ने दीपावली की तिथि की जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार, इस साल अमावस्या तिथि 31 अक्टूबर को दोपहर 3 बजकर 52 से लेकर 1 नवंबर को शाम 6 बजकर 16 मिनट तक रहेगी। ऐसे में 31 अक्टूबर की रात को अमावस्या तिथि विद्यमान रहेगी। इसलिए 31 अक्टूबर की रात को ही दीपावली का त्योहार तर्कसंगत है। हालांकि, हर 500 मीटर की दूरी पर सूर्योदय का समय अलग है इसलिए दीपावली दो दिन मनाई जा रही है। वहीं, दीपावली पर लक्ष्मी पूजा की महत्व के बारे में भी पूरण प्रकाश जी महाराज जी ने बताया।
