00:00The key with the tactics, Ben, you mentioned him being right up there, but he clearly gets it across to you very well because he's a good communicator, isn't he?
00:07Yeah, he's been excellent. Really, really easy to work with. I think tactically he's right up there in terms of what he wants.
00:14And he'll let you know if you're not doing it as well, which is excellent. He does it in the right way as well.
00:19So, yeah, he's been fantastic since he's come through the door, as I mentioned before, bar the Millwall game. I think you can see the strides that we're making.
00:28Did you think it was important to show that was a blip because his team hadn't had a game like that before and since then you've been really good, haven't you?
00:36We've been excellent throughout his time so far. I think, like I mentioned, it was a blip.
00:41I think if you look at the two games before that in Blackburn, we were good again.
00:46It was just one of them where you are going to get them off days and you need to limit them as much as possible.
00:52But, again, looking at the game back, he dissected the game really well. He told us where we went wrong and obviously it's not happened yet.
00:59So, I think it's obviously going to posit.
01:01Is it an enjoyable way to play? Because he says when you're preparing for a game, aggression is the one big word and then everything else comes after that.
01:07But you know you're going to be going after teams.
01:09Yeah, I think it's what we are as a club as well. Honest and hard-working.
01:13Fans are the same, whereas you want to see your team turn up on a pitch and it starts with winning duels and that aggression as well.
01:22So, everything else is a bonus, as you mentioned before as well.
01:26It's going to be a transitional period in terms of how we are going to try and dominate with the ball now.
01:31I think we are great off the ball, but can we make that extra strike now and be in a little bit better on the ball, which the manager has alluded to?
01:37Has he changed anything for you? Because he said he was really excited to work with you specifically, but then he thought you've got another level to go to.
01:44So, have you had some positive chats with him?
01:46Yeah, massively. On a one-to-one basis, the manager has been excellent.
01:51Showing debriefs and clips of what you can improve and what you've done well as well.
01:54I think, like I mentioned before, he's been excellent since he's walked through the door.
01:58I think the lads are really buying into what he wants.
02:00Do you feel any different as captain?
02:02As captain, often the skipper gets a bit more said about him from fans and stuff like that, but do you just feel the same?
02:07I wouldn't say I feel any different, to be honest with you.
02:10I obviously want to impress him as much as I can.
02:14I think it starts with the lads and the manager.
02:19I think the fans can say what they want.
02:21It's up to them to have their own opinion, but obviously the real people's opinions at this moment in time are the big ones, the manager and the lads as well.
02:31Obviously, the fans have got a massive part to play.
02:34Again, a long trip this weekend, which we're really thankful for.
02:38As I mentioned, we can all be looking forward to a good performance from him.
02:41Was he really one of your heroes growing up?
02:43Yeah, obviously growing up a big red, he was sort of in a time when we were flying, weren't we?
02:50At this moment in time, he's not going too well.
02:52But, yeah, obviously a massive idol.
02:54He's obviously taken his chance now into management, but looking forward to coming up against him.
02:58I'd say the same to Paul, but you've got to admire him going all the way down there, really.
03:01I can't imagine he needs any money, but he's clearly really driven to be a manager.
03:05I think it's in you.
03:06I think you can sort of see the players that want to become managers, and I think money is obviously irrelevant in that situation.
03:13Obviously, he's had a fantastic career and fantastic amounts, but once it's in you, I think it's very hard to shake off, regardless of fortunes.
03:22Then it's on to Arsenal after Plymouth, are you buzzing for that one?
03:25Yeah, obviously a massive tie.
03:26The focus is obviously fully on Plymouth.
03:29I think Josh is an Arsenal fan, actually, Josh Bowler, so I think he's looking forward to it, but we'll focus it on Plymouth and then we'll deal with that.
03:37You mentioned in the songs before a game, who's got the worst choice?
03:40Well, Jad Watmull has not gone down well.
03:44I can't remember what it was, but it's not gone down well.
03:47It keeps getting skipped, so it's not been too great.
03:50But, no, it's a little bit of fun in it with everyone.
03:53Everyone trying to grasp everyone else's tunes, but no, it's going down well.
03:58It's good for the changing room.
03:59What are you? Oasis, someone along those lines?
04:02What was that? I think it was Sam Fender.
04:04Nice.
04:05What was it? Sam Fender, The Borders.
04:07Yeah, good choice.
04:09But yeah, I have been labelled with the Oasis one on the Stone Road.
04:13It's a Q&A and everyone thinks it's me, so I'll have to change it up.
04:16Don't know who I'm going to go for next, but I think I'll throw a little curveball in it.
04:19Cheers.
