00:44I took on the challenge of eating every item on the menu, from the buttermilk pancakes
00:49available with fresh fruit, dynamite chicken or smoked bacon, to the rich shakshuka and
00:54even the spiced avocado smash with poached eggs. The portions were generous and more
01:00than I could handle. This menu showcases how venues are responding to current challenges
01:05in the hospitality industry, offering new choices to meet growing customer demands in
01:11difficult times.
01:13I think it's super important for every venue to think outside the box and diversify their
01:19offering to suit the needs of the public. We want to adapt to the general public so
01:25that we can offer the best possible food and drink that goes in the hospitality sector.
01:31So far this approach seems to be working. F1 Arcade has seen a steady stream of new
01:36customers drawn in by the exciting mix of their breakfast offerings and the immersive
01:42Formula One simulation experience.
01:45The reception from the guests so far is that we've got great value for money and it's
01:51something that they've not seen before and to have that alongside the simulation experience
01:55and everything we do so far, all we've had is great feedback.
