02:32As long as the nest exists, the woman would be exploited.
02:53With females in the animal kingdom, the nest is possible.
03:03The nest works because animals are just biological or at least mostly biological.
03:21They are not governed predominantly by social forces.
03:26Prakriti governs them and so if Prakriti dictates the female animal to have a nest,

03:56Animal female is an animal, born an animal, dies an animal, is not ambitious, lives just
04:04fulfilling her Prakritic roles.
04:09The animal male is too just an animal, is born an animal, dies an animal and has no
04:18ambition beyond his Prakritic mandate to conquer or exploit.
04:28But man is not merely biological.
04:31Man is social as well.
04:37And man has a social mandate to conquer, exploit.
04:46He exploits everything.
04:47He exploits Prakriti and that you call as development, don't you?
04:52He exploits his intellect and that you call as knowledge, don't you?
04:59And if man will exploit everything and you feel greatly happy when man exploits everything,
05:06why will man not exploit the woman?
05:09No animal is supposed to exploit, but man is supposed to exploit, is he not?
05:17Man exploits the earth to get minerals.
05:20Man exploits the earth to get crops.
05:27Man exploits everything that he can and that is not considered really immoral.
05:36In fact, we reward those who are the most clever exploiters.
05:43If you can exploit the atom to get energy, you feel so happy, don't you?
05:53The atom in its own Prakritic way was not eager to supply you energy.
05:58But you took the atom and said I am in need of energy because I am ambitious, because
06:04I want more comfort.
06:06So I'll exploit this atom and get energy.
06:10And if you can break open the atom and get energy, you feel happy and you respect and
06:19reward those who do all these things.
06:26So if man gets recognition, respect and reward for exploiting, why would man spare the woman
06:35or even the woman spare the man?
06:42But the woman, the human female is biologically conditioned to have a nest just as the animal
06:55female is.
06:58But for the animal female, the nest is the end of the story.
07:03Nothing happens beyond that.
07:04The nest is made, the young ones are there and then the rest of the Prakritic story unfolds
07:10and that's it.
07:12In humans, there is society beyond biology.
07:19So if the woman is in the nest, that gives an opportunity to the man to exploit her even more.
07:33The male bird will not exploit the female bird when she cannot fly because she is taking
07:42care of the eggs or the young ones.
07:45The male bird would not exploit her then.
07:50But in humans, the male is likely to exploit the female when she is sitting in the nest
08:00to take care of the little baby.
08:06The woman will have to go beyond her biological self.
08:12The nest is the expression of the woman's biological self.
08:16As long as there is the nest, the woman would keep getting exploited.
08:21Unfortunately, the woman is still thinking that the nest is her asset, that the nest
08:29is her protective cocoon.
08:33The nest is not your friend.
08:35The nest is not your fortress.
08:38The nest is your cage.
08:43The man is just indifferent to the nest.
08:47The woman should be repugnant to the nest.
08:51Instead the woman is the one who actively seeks the nest and when a human female seeks
08:56a nest, she is only seeking a prison.
09:05Man does not rebel against the nest.
09:08Man is just indifferent.
09:09If there is a nest, man says, okay, I'll come.
09:11If there is no nest, man is okay even with a hotel room.
09:16Man is okay even with a hostel.
09:19Man is prepared sometimes even to sleep under the sky beneath a tree.
09:24It is the woman who demands a nest.
09:28The woman will have to actively rebel against the nest.
09:34As long as there is the nest, the woman will remain chained.
09:39Ironically, the woman is the one who clamors for the nest.
09:45If there is a relationship, it would be the woman who would keep asking actively, darling,
09:54when are we getting married and after the marriage, she will be the one who will keep
10:01pestering.
10:02When will we have a house of our own?
10:08The woman is her own worst enemy because she is very very biology driven.
10:18Man too is biology driven, but he abides by his intellect too.
10:25He abides by his intellect much more than the woman does.
10:30The woman is extremely biological and that is beautiful in some sense because if you
10:39are not biological then you are probably intellectual and the intellect is a bigger curse than
10:51it is a boon.
10:55The woman is simpler, more innocent.
11:02I would dare to say the woman is simple and innocent just as animals are.
11:08Because woman just like animals is biology driven.
11:12She is emotional and her emotions do not really arise from understanding, not even from intellect.
11:22Her emotions arise from her body, from her biological conditioning, from her hormones.
11:30Look at the way she is attached to the baby.
11:33That does not involve any understanding.
11:35All that is pure biology, hormones.
11:41Man has no such chains.
11:47Man has no such compulsions.
11:52It is biology that confines and chains and imprisons the woman.
12:02As long as the woman keeps herself identified with her body, the nest and biology, there
12:08is no freedom for her.
12:12As long as the woman keeps thinking that her body is an asset, there is no freedom for her.
12:19As long as the woman keeps thinking that freedom is about flaunting her body, there
12:23is no freedom for her.
12:30The woman is the more oppressed of the two genders and therefore the revolution must
12:35arise from the woman.
12:43Woman by rebelling against the body will be the harbinger of a revolution that will liberate
12:53entire mankind, woman and man included, both.
13:01But if you will ask me between these two genders, which one is likely or which one rather must
13:09initiate the revolution, I would say the woman.
13:14Because the woman is the more oppressed of the two.
13:20Once the revolution begins, obviously man too will be liberated.
13:25But just as woman gives birth to the man, woman will also need to give birth to the
13:31freedom of man.
13:35Man will not be able to give birth to his own freedom.
13:40Freedom too will be born out of woman.
13:44That does not seem to be happening.
13:46Woman remains terribly body identified.
13:52And that which you call as modernity or liberation or even feminism is unfortunately even more
14:01body-centric.
14:02It is just that now the body-centricity is a little hidden.
14:13There is only one way to go beyond the body and that is the way of truth, the way of spirituality.
14:26All other ways go from the body to the body.
14:37So you can go from veiling to revealing.
14:43But you are just going from the body to the body.
14:46What were you veiling?
14:50The body.
14:51And now what are you revealing?
14:53The body.
14:55All this great liberation movement has only taken you from the body to the body.
15:02So there is no liberation at all.
15:04You are just being cheated and fooled.
15:12The only way the woman can be liberated is the spiritual way, the spiritual route.
15:19Now that sounds so old-fashioned, doesn't it?
15:23In fact, you would love to say that religion is the curse of woman, that using religion
15:28the woman has been confined and oppressed and what not.
15:32But all that was false religion.
15:33Don't throw the baby out with bath water.
15:38If the woman can be saved, it is only through true spirituality.
15:44Because spirituality alone can take you out of your body identification.
15:55The body, the hormones, the maternity, the nest.
16:00As long as these remain important to the woman, no liberation, no liberation at all.
16:09And when her body will cease to be important for her, the man too will cease to be important for her.
16:18Man rides upon woman, enslaves woman because the man is very important for the woman.
16:28Woman may or may not be the center of a man's world.
16:37But go to most women and you will find that man is the center of the woman's world.
16:46It is quite strange.
16:47If you want to test this, go and conduct an experiment.
17:02Test it.
17:04What is the woman thinking of?
17:08Her thoughts are much more biologically driven.
17:11What is she thinking of?
17:13Once she has become the mother, she is thinking of the kids.
17:19The wife thinks more about the husband's welfare than the husband thinks about the wife's welfare.
17:24Isn't that a general rule?
17:27The wife is ready with the dinner and the husband often doesn't even return in time.
17:33Now who has been thinking more about the other?
17:37The wife.
17:39And all this has been taken as her humanity, her kindness.
17:47She has been called as motherly and nurturing and she has been venerated, deified, praised.
17:59Take that respect, that veneration.
18:10By being turned into a deity, you are being confined within four walls of the temple.
18:17Don't accept that.
18:24The man should not be at the center of the woman's world.
18:31By the way, if the men want to drool over women, let them drool.
18:37Let the men keep thinking of women.
18:41The women must be independent of the men.
18:43I know that's not easy.
18:46I know I am asking for something close to impossible.
18:49But that is the only way out.
18:53Woman will have to stop giving man so much importance.
18:56The importance that woman gives to her body, her biology, the nest and man are all one.
19:04Is there a nest without a man?
19:09The woman does not build the nest for herself.
19:12She builds it for herself and her man.
19:20If you go and figure out the fact of loneliness, it is the woman who is more susceptible to loneliness.
19:31Man makes merry even in the company of man.
19:37You would find boys gang going all over, all around.
19:42A group of six boys having fun.
19:47But rarely would you find a group of six girls having fun.
19:50They need men.
19:53Six girls are not happy together.
19:59Six boys on the contrary can be very happy together.
20:05The woman needs the man and that's what keeps her bonded.
20:13We need girls gangs.
20:18We need girls communes.
20:21We need women to be alright with themselves.
20:27We don't want women to be emotionally dependent or biologically dependent on men.
20:32We don't want women to seek a man to complete her identity.
20:40We don't want the woman to seek a man to complete her name.
20:47Are you getting this?
20:57If you say you are a mother, what are you always looking for?
21:03Looking for a child.
21:05And when you are not a mother, you are a wannabe mother.
21:09And if you are a wannabe mother, then you are always looking for the husband and his sexual power.
21:19And you are saying I am dependent on you.
21:24My womb is empty and waiting.
21:27Come fill it up.
21:37My nest is so lonely without you.
21:44And a lot of that is done just in the name of Mamata.
21:51The woman is such a perpetual mother.
21:53She is a mother even to the husband.
21:59She begins as a girlfriend and ends as the mother.
22:04Six months she remains a girlfriend.
22:07One year she remains a wife.
22:09Rest of the life she is a mother to everybody.
22:15And she finds great pride in declaring that.
22:19If she has a son and a daughter, she will say I have three kids.
22:27And all three behave in the same way.
22:30They are dependent on me, they suck up on me, I prepare food for all, I wash everybody's clothes.
22:43There is no difference between the kids and the husband.
22:56As long as you take your biological role seriously, you will remain in chains.
23:08And your biological role confines you to the nest.
23:17Mark the nest.
23:18That's your enemy.
23:22But you take that as your security cordon.
23:28You say within this I am so safe.
23:31Within this I don't have to experience the dirt and the harsh sun.
23:36Chill, no, get out of the nest, hit the road.
23:47The nest, nothing else.
23:51I don't know, Shilpi, whether I have answered you and Parameshwari, you too.
24:21Never get married into a home, never get married into a family, never become the queen
24:37of a bedroom or a kitchen or the entire house.
24:51Just the nest or parts of the nest.
24:56And don't be so identified with the damn eggs.
25:00All the time concerned with the eggs, the eggs, the eggs.
25:06Look at what the market says when it talks of the woman.
25:12Are there books specific to the woman?
25:14But look at all the advertisements.
25:16What are they selling when it comes to the woman?
25:22Stuff related to the eggs and the body.
25:32Man might even be sold frequent flyer programs because it travels a lot.
25:39But woman is always targeted to sell the lip gloss, the bra and egg paint.
25:59Why aren't the airlines targeting you to sell their frequent flyer programs?
26:05I ask you, why don't you fly away?
26:09Fly away from the nest, that's your only chance.
26:27Cars are being sold and the target customer is the man.
26:33And the woman is being used to sex up the car.
26:43Very few car companies are targeting to sell cars to women.
26:49Such an insult it is, is it not?
26:52No car manufacturer thinks that an entire model can be brought out to serve the needs of women.
27:00But the woman is always present in the car advertisement and what is she doing there?
27:06Displaying the curves and the manufacturer is saying my car is as curvy as this woman.
27:12All the men come over.
27:18Be the user of the car, not the doll in the car.
27:26Learn to be on the driver's seat, not on the rear seat or the seat next to the driver.
27:37Learn to hold the steering, get out of your nest.
27:47And don't be so damn particular about your sexuality and virginity and what else.
27:59All body stuff, my biggest asset is my eyebrows and lips and curves and virginity.
28:15Now what do you expect from life?
28:20What else will you get except bondage and imprisonment?
28:30Knowledge must be your asset.
28:36Strength must be your asset.
28:40Exposure must be your asset.
28:44Money must be your asset.
28:49And overall, truth must be your asset, not your breasts and hips.
29:00You spend so much time pandering to the needs of the body.
29:12Spend time enriching yourself.
29:16Spend time gaining knowledge.
29:18Spend time skilling yourself.
29:23Why do we find so few women in science out of the list of 800 or 900 Nobel laureates?

29:39Why are so few women in the science laboratories of the world?
29:46Where are they in politics, in sports, at least in the developing countries?
29:55Where are they in literature, in all ways of creativity?
30:06I'll tell you where they are.
30:08They are there in the nest.
30:12When man is busy creating a new machine, the woman is busy looking after her eggs.
30:23Now who will rule and who will be the slave?
30:25Tell me.
30:27Tell me.
30:32And unfortunately, the woman is preparing herself just to receive the man.
30:40The woman is actually more selfless than the man.
30:44She is a finer product of evolution than man.
30:48So the man will be busy enhancing his business or creating a new machine.
30:57And the woman would be busy taking care of the house and cooking food for the man.
31:02Now man has done everything for his own personal development.
31:06He will be called the ruler of the business empire.
31:11And what is the woman doing?
31:13Doing the man's laundry and cooking his dinner.
31:19And he returns more and more empowered every day because 8-10 hours of the day he is working
31:28in his self-interest.
31:29He is working to gain money.
31:32He is working to gain respect, power, strength.
31:36And what is the woman doing all this while?
31:40Taking care of the eggs, doing the laundry, doing the meals.
31:46And then she expects that the man will be honest and kind enough to grant her an equal status.
31:53Why will this exploitative man, as man is defined to be, why will this man ever grant
32:00her an equal status?
32:02Why?
32:09The man is the king.
32:14And pardon me for being harsh, you are just his concubine.
32:19You may call yourself as the queen, but you are not.
32:24A harlot you are.
32:28The king can throw you away whenever he pleases.
32:42Be less emotional.
32:45The emotion is the woman's undoing.
32:50Don't weep so frequently.
32:57Mind those tears.
32:59You think your tears are your strength?
33:02They are your biggest weakness.
33:04Curse yourself for weeping out.
33:10Stay strong.
33:23Don't give in to emotional traps.
33:26The man says, darling why do you have to work?
33:31You stay at home, I will work.
33:37You take care of the bed and the eggs and the babies and your mother-in-law.
33:47I will bring in the booty and obviously you have equal rights over that.
33:53My money is your money.
33:55Never accept this temptation.
33:59His money is never your money.
34:02Never ever try to think that his money is your money.
34:05If you don't earn anything, then you are a beggar and that's all, full stop.
34:11He might be earning millions, but if you don't earn anything of your own, you don't earn
34:15anything full stop.
34:17Emotions, tears, biology, body, nest, that's the woman's world and she is so easy to fool.
34:35So easy to fool and man has been forever fooling the woman and the woman still doesn't
34:44want to wake up.
34:53One feels like worshipping the woman for enduring so much.
34:58One feels like worshipping the woman for being so willingly exploited and one feels
35:07like slapping her hard in the face for being so stupid.
35:16Her own worst enemy she is.
35:31Talk emotions to her and she will be pleased.
35:34Talk sense to her and she will be offended.
35:43Truth is often rough and blunt and harsh.
35:49Tell the truth to her and she feels he doesn't love me.
36:04And offer her emotional sweeties and you will be the best friend she ever had.
36:28I personally have so much trouble with women, so difficult to teach them and if you somehow
36:43manage to teach them a little, they become emotional.

38:26But women won't live without long hair and I never understand this.
38:35So I said if you won't cut your hair, I will grow mine.
38:43But we cannot accept this duality.
38:49Men will have short ones and women will have long ones.
38:51I said I will grow mine.
38:53Let's see.
38:55But here again biology is defeating me.
38:58My hair don't grow half as long as yours.
39:03I never get a haircut but the hair only come till my shoulders.
39:07Shoulders go right down to your butts.
39:16As if biology itself is conspiring to keep the woman chained.
39:33What is this thing with make-up?

39:40What do you mean by make-up?
39:43Spirituality is all about giving up things that are made up and you are always making
39:49up.
39:50Only the false is made up.
39:55What not?
40:03Silicone implants, false bras, false eyebrows.
40:12What else is there?
40:13The thing that removes the wrinkles, Botox.
40:22The entire time is being spent in this nonsense.
40:32I don't know the details but there is so much.
40:34You can read all that on the menus of the saloons.
40:43This treatment, that treatment and God knows how expensive they are.
40:47And from where is all that money coming?
40:51Probably from the man.
40:58And if it is not coming from the man, it is your own hard-earned money, then it is even worse.
41:10Tell this to the women in that beauty parlor and they will pull your little hair out.
41:36The body, the nest.
41:39Be very cautious of this.
41:42Man too has to be cautious of this but woman has to be supremely cautious.
