00:00The Chief Executive Officer of Global Econ Services and Business Holdings, Nasiruddin Muhammad Ali, and his wife Azura Mat Yusuf were charged in the Session Selayang court on charges of being a member of a planned criminal group since 2020.

00:17The children of former Al-Arqa founder Muhammad Adib At-Tamimi, 32 years old, and 19 other individuals were also charged.

00:24All 13 men and 9 women were granted parole after the charges were read to them in front of Judge Laylatul Zuraidah Harun.

00:34According to the charges, they were charged with being a member of a planned criminal group, GISBH, in the village road of Country Homes, Rawang in October 2020 until September 11.

00:45The charges were made under Section 130V, Section 1 of the Penal Code, which if proven guilty, can be sentenced to 5 to 20 years in prison.

00:56There is no recorded confession due to the case under the Act of Safety 2012, under the jurisdiction of the High Court, and the court set this December 23 for the re-nomination of the case.
