00:05In defense of some of the allegations, they were extensioned by the office of the real notary public.

00:15The NBI went to this place in Munoz, Quezon City after the complaint of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines

00:20that the notary public is being manipulated by fake notary public.

00:23Along with the IDPQC, the notary public next to them also joined them.

00:27We were surprised when we saw that they are not really the lawyers who are authorized to practice being a notary public.

00:34There are documents that state that they are authorized to be a notary public.

00:38But in the undercover operation of the NBI,

00:44The NBI caught those who spoke in front of the camera during the raid.

00:48But according to the GMI Integrated News, which is owned by STOL, which is offered by the notary public,

00:52they were just an extension of the office of the actual notary public.

00:56If a document is to be notarized, it should be in front of the notary public who is supposed to be a lawyer.

01:02So there's no such thing as an extension of the notary public.
