01:54Guo or Guo Huapi is facing allegations of perjury, obstruction of justice,

01:59falsification by a notary public, and use of falsified document.

02:04Attorney Elmer Galicia is also the one who notarized the counter affidavit.

02:08Guo's men, including Kat Salazar, who was the body double of the former mayor,

02:14another staff member, Geraldine Pepito,

02:16and the secretary of Swall-Pangasinan Mayor Liceldo Calugay, Cheryl Medina,

02:26Galicia is also facing a disbarment case in the Supreme Court.
