Around 200 people donned their waterproof and wellies to take part in the annual fundraising Beacon of Peace walk around Bordon Inclosure. The event was organised by the Elders Association of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association based in Tilford.

00:06here in Borden and the first under our new name, Beacon of Peace.
00:12Our mission is to serve humanity without regard to colour, creed or race.
00:17Brilliant to see so many people here for the eighth East Hampshire charity walk, the first
00:23under the banner of the Beacon of Peace. I just want to say a huge thank you
00:27to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Elders Association for making this happen and for all the volunteers
00:33from the Ahmadiyya community. It's an absolute honour that the Ahmadiyya community is based in
00:40my Farnham and Borden constituency and the work that you do nationally, internationally but
00:46especially locally in the Farnham and Borden community is so important and so well received
00:51by the residents and charities here.
