00:00As-salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.
00:10Durood Pakwand.
00:14In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
00:18In the Hadith of a Muslim, number 2199, it is said that if there are 40 Ahl-e-Tauheed in a person's funeral,
00:40and he prays for a cure for that deceased person, then Allah the Almighty forgives him.
00:53This is the status of Ahl-e-Tauheed.
00:58The condition is that the deceased person should not be a polytheist or a hypocrite.
01:10As there are 40 Ahl-e-Tauheed standing behind him, it is not appropriate for him to be a polytheist.
01:22Now the thing is that polytheism is such a dangerous thing.
01:31And if a person leaves polytheism and becomes an Ahl-e-Tauheed, then what is his status?
01:41To understand the definition of polytheism, it is easy to understand.
01:56That one should not associate anyone with Allah's choices, His perfection, His attributes, and His worship.
02:09Because when the Quraysh of Mecca, the Jews and the Christians asked the Prophet,
02:19How is your Allah? Introduce him.
02:24So Surah Ikhlas was revealed in response to that question.
02:31Now, those who were asking who Allah is, they also believed in Allah.
02:42The Jews also believed in Allah. The Christians also believed in Allah.
02:48The Quraysh of Mecca also believed in Allah.
02:52But along with Allah, there were also 360 idols.
02:57So the Prophet forbade them not to prostrate, that they could not do anything.
03:05So they said, let us introduce Allah.
03:10So what Allah said in that introduction, in Surah Ikhlas,
03:17Say, Allah is One.
03:20Say, Allah is One.
03:25And Allah is One,
03:32At that time it was also One, when the word One was not created.
03:42This is another era.
03:45There is no example of this era.
03:48Now, the first thing that was said, that they are asking the introduction of Allah.
03:55So along with Allah, there are 360 of them.
03:58They have also made them their employers.
04:01One is the idol that gives a job.
04:03One is the idol that gives rain.
04:05There is another idol.
04:07That is why Allah said that it is One.
04:12There is no example of it.
04:15And it is the same.
04:17These things have been said in different places in the Qur'an.
04:21It is the same that gives you sustenance.
04:24It is the same that gives you children.
04:27No one can give you children other than that.
04:30It is the same that gives you healing.
04:32No one can give healing other than that.
04:35It is the same that gives honor and humiliation.
04:38It is the same Allah.
04:40It is the same Allah who is the creator of this universe.
04:43And He is alone.
04:46He has no partner.
04:48He is not included in it.
04:50You have made 360 of them.
04:53They are being addressed, but we should also think.
04:59Allah is Samad.
05:04Allah is Samad.
05:08Allah is Samad.
05:11Allah is Samad.
05:14Allah is Samad.
05:17It is the rule of Arabic.
05:19When you want to make something special,
05:22When you want to make it particular,
05:25You use the word Alif Laam with it.
05:28For example, a pen is a common pen.
05:31But Al-Qalam is a special pen.
05:34A book is a common book.
05:37But Al-Kitab is a special book.
05:41So here, Alif Laam is used with Samad.
05:44This is not Samad like you.
05:47Because in Arabic,
05:49People were called Samad.
05:52They used to give money to people.
05:55They were generous.
05:57That is why Alif Laam was used with Samad.
06:00This is the Samad,
06:03Which is not dependent on anyone to give money.
06:07And this is the Samad,
06:10Which is not dependent on anyone,
06:13But everything else is dependent on it.
06:16The meaning of Samad is,
06:19It is not just that it is selfless.
06:22In fact, its meaning is,
06:25Every person needs its selflessness.
06:28Every creature needs it.
06:31It is the Lord of the worlds.
06:34Then the meaning of Samad is,
06:37It is strong.
06:40In Arabic, the meaning of Samad is,
06:43It is strong.
06:46In which nothing can enter or leave.
06:49It is strong.
06:52So in front of that,
06:55It is explained,
06:58That he has no children,
07:01And he is not the son of anyone.
07:04It was said before,
07:07That he is not the son of anyone.
07:10It was said before,
07:13That he is not the son of anyone.
07:16Why?
07:19Because the Christians and Jews,
07:22Who had asked the question,
07:25They had made him the son of God.
07:28They had made Isaiah the son of God.
07:31They had made Jesus the son of God.
07:34That is why it was said before,
07:37That he has no father.
07:40Now the questioners are being answered,
07:43Now the questioners are being answered,
07:46That Allah is free from this chain,
07:49That Allah is free from this chain,
07:52And pure.
07:55And then,
07:58He has no counterpart,
08:01He has no example,
08:04He has no example,
08:07There is nothing,
08:10There is nothing,
08:13That is beyond his reach,
08:16That is beyond his reach,
08:19Everything in the universe,
08:22Wherever he wants,
08:25Whenever he wants,
08:28He can do it.
08:31Wherever he wants,
08:34There is no distance between him and Allah.
08:37There is no distance between him and Allah.
08:40This is the meaning of Surah Ikhlas.
08:43This is the meaning of Surah Ikhlas.
08:46Now Allah,
08:49Now Allah,
08:52He has a tree,
08:55He has a tree,
08:58The introduction was told,
09:01The introduction was told,
09:04The good thing about surah Ikhlas,
09:08The good thing about surah Ikhlas,
09:11It says that its dimensions are one third of queran
09:14It says that its dimensions are one third of quran,
09:16Meaning if someone reads surah ikhlas 3 times,
09:19Each reading will give him bonus of reading Quran,
09:22Each reading will give him bonus of reading Quran,
09:25Surah Fatiha to Surah An-Nas is a different thing, this is equal to the reward.
09:32And the second thing is that Prophet Muhammad PBUH said that this is the Surah which has already been mentioned in Zaboor, Taurat and Anjeel.
09:50This is the Surah.
09:53The purpose of this Surah is that the message is being conveyed to Adam PBUH and he is being told who Allah is.
10:01The message has been going on for a long time.
10:05Even after that, it is not clear who Allah is.
10:09Prophet Muhammad PBUH said that if you want to ask for a pair of shoes, ask from Allah.
10:18Allah is the one who accepts prayers, who listens to prayers.
10:28After a special Waqf-e-Jadid, Allah used to close the doors of the world for those in need.
10:38But that door is open forever.
10:45Whatever you ask for, even if you ask for repentance, Allah has kept the door of repentance open till the last breath.
10:56Repent now, accept me, who am I?
11:02So coming to Tauheed is the real thing.
11:11And if 40 people of Tauheed can be forgiven by their intercession,
11:19then if there are 100, 150, 200 people sitting in this gathering,
11:25if they say that I do not want to do Shirk and I am on Tauheed, then it will be beneficial for many people.
11:35Therefore, it is very important to follow the commands of Allah and Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
11:45It is very important to understand Allah and Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
11:51The thing is that no one can be a part of Allah's attributes, no one can be a part of his worship,
12:03no one can be a part of Allah's powers.
12:09So all these things are present in the Qur'an.
12:16Now, if you want to see Tauheed or understand Shirk,
12:26you should study the life of Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
12:29Today's lecture will be a little long.
12:32You should study it because the Qur'an has said that this is an example for you.
12:40Did the companions of Prophet Muhammad PBUH prostrate to Prophet Muhammad PBUH?
12:47Did they prostrate to Prophet Muhammad PBUH?
12:51What example is Prophet Muhammad PBUH presenting of Tauheed?
12:56That a person came and said, O Prophet, I went to a place where people are prostrating their leader.
13:03So you are our leader, give me the command, I will prostrate.
13:07So Prophet Muhammad PBUH said that if it was permissible in my Shariah,
13:13then I would have commanded my wife to prostrate to her husband.
13:17This is such an important thing.
13:19Prophet Muhammad PBUH was prostrated in the Qur'an.
13:23But that Shariah was his.
13:26Allah's will, whenever he wants, can change anything.
13:30He declared the Shariah of Prophet Muhammad PBUH as Haram.
13:36Now it is not appropriate to give an example of it.
13:39I want to tell you that a hen is Halal.
13:44A hen is Halal.
13:47It is not Haram.
13:49It is Halal.
13:51But is a bribe hen Halal?
13:54Whether it is Ziba or Saba.
13:57It becomes Haram.
13:59So why is it Haram?
14:01Who is making it Haram?
14:03Allah is making it Haram.
14:05Halal can make something Haram.
14:08And Haram can make something Halal.
14:11If you are in danger, then eat pig.
14:15This is Allah.
14:17He can change any command at any time.
14:21There is nothing in a hen.
14:24If the hen is according to Allah's command, then it will be Halal.
14:30If it is taken in some other way, then it will be Haram.
14:35There is nothing in a hen.
14:37The real thing is in Allah's command.
14:39So there is nothing in prostration.
14:41The real thing is in Allah's command.
14:43Do it or don't do it.
14:45It is up to you.
14:47May Allah enable me and you to do what I have said.
14:53May Allah's peace, mercy, and blessings be upon the best of creation, Muhammad and his family and companions.
14:58For the mercy of Allah.
