00:00A task force was formed, the Commission on Elections, to investigate the sudden increase of voters in some parts of the country.

00:16There are so many voters in the Philippines who are moving to other places because of the mass migration.

00:24They are moving and unfortunately, they are using the government-issued ID as a new voter, if not the barangay certification.

00:36The Supreme Court said that it should be allowed if there is no government-issued ID.

00:42They are moving to places like Makati, Batangas, Nueva Ecija and Cagayan de Oro.

00:49It is also one of the places where they will investigate the possible abuse of barangay certificate instead of government-issued ID for registration.

00:57Meanwhile, Comalec visited one of the telecommunications companies that is using a joint venture of One Resources and Ardent Network in the transmission of votes.
