00:00So we're joined by Tatiana Ferian-Caber from TREAT PLC. You've just won the Apprentice

00:07Trainee of the Year award, Tatiana. Tell us how happy you are to have collected that award.

00:10I am ecstatic. I don't think I can put it into words. It really means a lot because

00:15I very much enjoyed my apprenticeship. It definitely changed the way how I manage people

00:21in my team. It just made a whole world of difference. So I am just ecstatic, yes.

00:25Fantastic. Tell us about TREAT PLC and who they are and what they do.

00:29So it's a brilliant company. We are situated in Bury Business Park near Sainsbury's in

00:35Morton Hall and we are a flavour and fragrance manufacturer. So what I kind of like to say

00:40is if you take a stroll down Sainsbury's or Tesco's and if you go down the fizzy aisle

00:46drinks, we are most likely going to be in a lot of those. Or then your really perfumes

00:52and candles, diffusers, our products are going to be in those ones, yes.

00:56Brilliant. Your team say you deserve the award tonight for your resilience and leadership

00:59shown having been promoted. How nice is it to feel such a valued part of that team and

01:03how much have they supported you?

01:05It's amazing and they supported me every single step of the way. Yeah, it's just great.

01:11Apprentice Trainee of the Year, you've already stamped a really impressive milestone in your

01:16career. What are your future ambitions going forward?

01:18So a few months ago I was promoted to be a Process Engineering Manager. So what I'm really

01:23trying to work on right now is just to solidify my position, become really great at what I

01:29do and hopefully in the next few years I'll be able to get chartered. So I would like

01:34to become a Chartered Process Engineer as well as take on the next level of the Apprenticeship

01:38so go on to the Level 5.
