00:06the founder of that business. Gabby, how pleased are you to be stood here with that award now?

00:10I am absolutely mesmerised, actually. I was grateful to be nominated, let alone win the

00:15award.

00:16A bit of a shock to find yourself on the stage, do you think?

00:17Very much so. I feel like a deer in headlights right now, so.

00:21Give us a flavour for A Girl's Best Friend, and what is your job?

00:24I specialise in skincare and hair removal, and my main aim is to make clients feel comfortable

00:29in a professional yet welcoming environment.

00:32Fantastic. Obviously, you've recently expanded the business and relocated to a larger space,

00:36I see. So, what's been the secret behind the business's success in the last few years,

00:40do you think?

00:41I think, again, making it a personal space. It's quite an intimidating environment, as

00:45the beauty industry anyway, so making it very, very personal and making it that they're

00:49with me and not just anyone is sort of my main thing, yeah, for sure.

00:53And how much does tonight's accolade sort of pay testament to your hard work so far?

00:57I'm really astounded by it all, so, yeah, I can't be thankful enough, really.

01:02So, obviously, you're the founder of the business, it's your baby, so to have an award-winning

01:06business, how special is that?

01:07A very shiny award, yeah, very much so. It's going to look beautiful on my shelf, for sure,

01:11and it's definitely going to be something that I'll treasure forever.

01:13Fantastic. And how will you celebrate this evening?

01:15I'll be having a glass of bubbly.
