00:19Filed complaint against Mayor Jaime Cipac Capil of Porac, Pampanga.

00:26A week after the suspension of the Ombudsman's complaint against the Graft and Corrupt Practices Act in the Department of Justice, suspended Porac Mayor Jaime Capil is facing.

00:37It is still related to the raid of the Lucky South 99 and Porac, Pampanga.

00:42PNP-CIDG and PAOC suspended a complaint grafted against Capil and some other officials of Porac for their actions as officials of the town to operate the Lucky South 99 in their area.

00:59They approved the business permit that the Lucky South should be in Pogo.

01:05If you look at the application forms, it is blank but it was processed.

01:11The primary purpose of the Lucky South is outsourcing, not Pogo.

01:17This is against its primary and secondary purposes.

01:21Vice Mayor Francis Tamayo is also being complained against.

01:25The head of the Business Permits and Licensing Office is Emerald Vital and seven other councilors who were present in the town.

01:33A witness is also facing the suspension of the complaint.

01:38He is an eyewitness who can see the personalities of Porac and Lucky South, but not on a regular basis, but on a monthly basis.

01:51This complaint will also be brought to the evaluation process of the National Prosecution Service before it is sent to the Preliminary Investigation.

02:00But because public officials are involved in the complaint, the Office of the Ombudsman also submitted the case.
