00:14DILG Secretary Bernardo Abalos told the members of the media
00:18that the Indonesian Immigration Office has already arrested two of Alice Guo's colleagues.
00:23Although he did not specify who they are and what the reason is,
00:27according to him, he received the information from the PNP.
00:31Abalos is currently here in Pasay, PICC,
00:34to lead the opening of the Local Governance Summit.
00:38DILG's partner in this project is the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines.
00:43Aside from this summit,

00:51More than 3,000 local executives will attend the said gathering,
