00:00A business process outsourcing or BPO company in Bagac, Bataan was raided by the authorities.

00:05Followed by the complaint of some Filipinos that they were victims of labor trafficking.

00:17The AFP, PNP, PAOC, and Bureau of Immigration discussed the Central One Bataan BPO in Bagac, Bataan.

00:25They set up a search warrant for 7 houses in the compound and 15 foreign nationals who are being raided by BPO.

00:33We received a complaint from Filipinos that they were victims of labor trafficking here.

00:40Now, there are also foreign nationals who are inside but cannot come out.

00:44Computers, cell phones, and devices were seen in the work area of the BPO in Bagac, Bataan.

00:53But unlike the POGOs that were discussed earlier, most of the employees here are Filipinos.

01:01SIM cards and various gadgets were also obtained.

01:04In the initial inspection of the desktops, transactions for online betting abroad were seen.

01:10There were chats that included values and monitoring of e-wallets.

01:15That's 2.6 million. That's a lot.

01:19We could be talking of billions of pesos worth of bets at any given week.

01:26This is a result of a month-long surveillance and research operation.

01:33We have initial violations in our initial inspection.

01:38We can see that we will have a very airtight case against the suspects.

01:44They are operating back and support operations for businesses.

01:48They don't know what businesses they are supporting.

02:06Central One Bataan is a BPO, Business Process Outsourcing, and not an internet gaming licensee or POGO.

02:14BPO has permits from the local government, even from the authority of the Freeport area of Bataan or AFA.

02:24He is a BPO and he was given a permit from the so-called investment promotion area.

02:33He has a permit there, but he still needs a secondary permit coming from the PACOR.

02:39All of this was denied by the CEO of Central One Bataan.

03:13Only 5% of them are foreigners.

03:17Foreigners will travel to the PAOC detention facility in Pasay.

03:21The remaining 700 Filipinos are missing after being processed.
