00:00Almost 500 Filipinos have returned home from Lebanon.
00:04There are already some problems in the area.
00:07According to Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo Kakdak,
00:11488 Filipinos, including their dependents, have also returned home.
00:16In addition, 514 Filipinos are expected to return home next week,
00:25of which 264 have already been booked.
00:28And 250 are just waiting for exit clearances from the Lebanese Immigration Authority.
00:35As of now, the DMW and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration
00:41are in constant contact with the Filipinos and their employers in Lebanon.
00:45Kakdak assured that they are ready for any steps to raise the alert level 4
00:51if mandatory repatriations are ordered in the area.
00:55Meanwhile, in accordance with the order of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.,
01:00OFWs will be able to receive financial assistance worth P150,000
01:08including psychosocial services from the DMW and OWA.
