00:29Chris Mike was standing in front of a steel railing in Pasil Fish Port in Barangay Suba in Cebu City on this Monday.
00:39Another boy was also standing behind the railings.
00:43A few moments later, a large steel railing fell and the victim was injured.
00:50The boy was taken to Cebu City Medical Center and was transferred to Vicente Soto Memorial Medical Center because of the steel railing injury.
00:59That's where he was brought back to life.
01:02According to the boy's grandfather, they were the ones who were taking care of the grandson because his mother was a housemaid.
01:10They just took care of him and the boy did not go out of the house.
