00:16More than an hour ago, a fire was ignited in this house in Merced Street, Paco, Manila.

00:21The fire reached the second alarm.

00:23A 10-year-old man was killed after he was trapped in one of the rooms in the second floor.

00:27My boss told me to get the child.

00:30I said, I can't get him because there's a fire.

00:34I can't get him.

00:37That's what his dad said.

00:38We ran outside.

00:40We ran here.

00:43But we couldn't get him.

00:44We couldn't do anything.

00:47When we got here, the smoke was coming out.

00:50The child's body was brought to the funeral home.

00:52His parents are in the hospital.

00:55The investigation of the fire continues.

00:57The fire hit a property worth P70,000.

01:02The electricity was cut off in Naga City, Camarines Sur.

01:06According to the technical crew of an electric cooperative,

01:08two transformers of a pumping station were burned.

01:12The possibility of maintenance is low.

01:20Because these transformers are private or common,

01:24the preventive and corrective maintenance is regular.

01:28Metropolitan Naga Water District agreed

01:31with Camarines Sur 2 Electric Cooperative to take action.
