01:24question de mettre en lumière les
01:26opportunités et relever les défis
01:28pour une grande contribution des
01:30femmes rurales à la politique
01:32d'import substitution. Le thème
01:34cette année, femmes rurales et

01:39d'un collant d'hommes dans le sud
01:40a été choisie pour rendre ce
01:42vibrant hommage. Les manifestations

02:31plantains, macabos, ignames,
02:33maïs, arachides, des
02:35cultures de rente, le cacao
02:37dont vous avez tous une bonne
02:39connaissance, le cacao qui est
02:40transformé ici en whisky, en
02:43gâteau, vous avez également la
02:44pharmacopée traditionnelle, il faut
02:46le savoir, la femme du sud, la
02:47femme rurale et la mamelle
02:49nourricière, non seulement des
02:50communautés mais aussi du monde
02:53entier, du pays tout entier, ici
02:55donc en collant d'hommes, c'est
02:56l'occasion pour elles d'étaler
02:58leur génie, de montrer ce dont
03:00elles sont capables, surtout au
03:02moment où l'on célèbre l'import
03:04substitution, c'est-à-dire la
03:06fabrication, la transformation des
03:08produits locaux, c'est sous la
03:10présidence de madame, le ministre
03:12de la promotion de la femme et de
03:14la famille, le professeur Marie
03:16Thérèse Abena, on doit accompagner
03:18de son homologue des affaires
03:20sociales, Pauline Irène Guenet

04:12municipal de Lobor où comme vous
04:14pouvez le voir en arrière-plan,
04:15l'arrivée des personnalités qui
04:17vont donc présider la cérémonie
04:20en ce qui concerne donc la
04:22vingt-neuvième édition de la
04:23journée mondiale de la femme
04:24rurale. Il faut dire qu'ici à
04:26Lobor, les femmes ont battu le
04:28rappel de mobilisation, elles sont
04:30venues de neuf arrondissements
04:32contre le département de la
04:33Liquier pour venir donc vivre cette
04:35journée qui leur est consacrée
04:36cette année. Il faut dire qu'ici à
04:38Lobor, c'est le gouverneur de la
04:40région du centre Nasseri Paul
04:41Béat qui accompagne le professeur
04:43de la Liquier Patrick Gamsou
04:46qui vont donc ensemble présider
04:49cette cérémonie. Il faut noter que
04:51la cérémonie de Lobor est marinée,
04:53il faut le dire, par Karine Donsoumet
04:55qui est l'épouse du ministre chargé
04:57des missions à la présidence de la
04:58République, Benoît Donsoumet, lui
04:59également présent au cours de cette
05:01cérémonie. Il faut rappeler Sidouane
05:02que cette cérémonie est placée sous
05:04le thème femmes rurales, emploi,
05:07substitution, opportunité et défi.

05:16municipal de Lobor, d'où je signe

05:37de la ville d'Ebouloa, dans la région
05:38sud. Le ministre de l'Empowerment
05:41et la famille, professeur Marie-Thérèse
05:43Abena-Undoa, préside la cérémonie et
05:46elle est en compagnie du ministre du
05:48État, professeur Jacques Famine-Dungu,
05:50traditionnel gouverneur d'un Colandum.

06:20the South Region to showcase their
06:22prowess when it comes to
06:24agricultural production. We know
06:26these are women, most of them living
06:28on subsistence farming and they are
06:31here with their different
06:32association, common initiative
06:34groups to showcase their farm
06:36produce and those who are making
06:39great strides in contributing to the
06:41government's import substitution
06:43policy. We have those coming from
06:45Goulou-Macon who will transform
06:47cassava into flour which is a
06:49substitute to wheat and of course
06:51they are here so excited to
06:53celebrate this day and the
06:55Minister of Women's Empowerment
06:57and the Family, Professor Marie-Therese
06:59Abena-Ondoua is here with the
07:01traditional ruler of this locality,
07:03Chief Professor Jacques Famine-Dungu,
07:07Minister of State, Minister of
07:09Higher Education who is here to
07:11support the women and of course
07:13they are coming with farm tools,
07:15farm inputs to support them in
07:17their strides so that they can
07:19contribute more in the government's
07:21import substitution policy.

08:01We are celebrating the 29th edition
08:03of International Rural Women's Day
08:05and of course here
08:07nine associations from
08:09the nine subdivisions that make up
08:11the Léki have converged
08:13here at the Lobo ceremonial
08:15grounds to celebrate
08:17the rural women, her place
08:19in the protection of
08:21biodiversity and of course
08:23her place as the breadbasket
08:25of the community
08:27here in Lobo. The reality

29:15J'ai abordé légèrement l'aspect artisanal sur le plan de la dématérialisation,
29:22la digitalisation, les gens font tout ce qu'ils peuvent faire
29:27pour que les jeunes puissent s'allumer à cette nouvelle donne-là.
29:30Constituée de trois communes d'arrondissement,
29:33à l'occurrence Consamba 1er, 2e et 3e,
29:37la ville, connue pour son caractère cosmopolite,
29:40est un véritable foyer du vivre-ensemble.
29:43Moi, par exemple, je suis de la région de l'Est,
29:45mais j'ai déjà fait dix ans en Consamba,
29:48parce que c'est le service qui nous a fait venir ici.
29:51Nous nous sentons à l'aise.
29:53Côté infrastructures, Consamba est en pleine renaissance.
29:57En témoigne la tribune de la place des Fêtes, entièrement refaite,
30:01la nouvelle mairie de Consamba 1er, en attente d'inauguration,
30:05ou encore la mairie de Consamba 2e, en pleine réhabilitation et extension.
30:11Les monuments ségularisent aussi la localité.
30:15Un appel à la salubrité sur celui-ci.
30:18Situé tout près du marché central,
