00:30is that the proposed changes are in time, the landscape and the dynamics of the environment
00:38now.
00:39In fact, we have already fulfilled the basic principles and procedures that were discussed
00:45by the Parliament members today.
00:49We have implemented hundreds of series of matters related to the implementation of tariffs,
00:57related to non-governmental organizations, members of the academic committee, ambassadors,
01:04international organizations, and so on.
01:11There is also a need before the implementation of the proposed changes, the government must
01:19get approval from the Parliament, the Cabinet, the Sabah government, and the Sarawak government.
01:29That is also what the KDN agreed to.
01:37At the end of all the sessions on the matter, the KDN has considered all views, criticisms,
01:43and even mocked the law.
01:50Before we conclude and discuss in the Parliament, I believe that the ultimate goal is for all
02:01parties to put the interests of public safety and military at the same time, to give the
02:09same weightage to human rights.
02:13Although the sessions on the matter were very intensive, and the KDN agreed to do the work
02:23to implement the changes, the KDN admitted that there are still claims that describe the
02:33concerns of certain parties, which created concerns about some pieces of the changes.
02:45Of course, as a minister who is responsible for the interests of the citizens, I repeat
02:54that there is no group that will be ignored in this change.
03:07If we consider the segments of the people who are affected by this change, and then
03:16bring it to the people who have concerns about the status of the state, I assure you that
03:22the situation will not be the same.
