00:00Once again, the Philippine ships experienced China's harassment

00:04when maritime patrols were conducted on the San Dikey side of Pag-asa Island.

00:08This is Clayzel Pardilla in Detaille.

00:20While maritime patrols were conducted,

00:22the two ships of Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in the West Philippine Sea

00:27faced a new type of harassment by China against the Philippine troops.

00:31Last Friday, the BRP Cabilo approached the San Dikey,

00:375 nautical miles away from Pag-asa Island,

00:41a Chinese militia,

00:43which by Bone No. 00108,

00:46crossed the starboard side of the Philippine ships.

00:50Before that,

00:52the Chinese militia repeatedly carried out dangerous maneuvers

00:57to block the BRP Cabilo.

00:59This resulted in a collision

01:01and the first part of the B-4 ship was damaged.

01:06In spite of the incident,

01:08the BRP Cabilo and BRP Datu Sandai succeeded

01:13in the mission to Pag-asa Island.

01:16It was safe on the shore of Pag-asa Island.

01:19The San Dikey can be found 5.1 nautical miles away

01:24south-southwest of Pag-asa Island

01:27and within 12 nautical miles of our territorial waters.

01:33The Philippine troops were considered by the B-4

01:36to have resisted and diminished the jurisdiction

01:40and rights to our exclusive economic zone.

01:43First, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.,

01:48that the Philippines will not give in

01:50to the invasion and occupation of China

01:54and will remain its presence in the West Philippine Sea.
