00:00On Friday, October 18, the Commission on Elections held an electronic raffle to determine the next partylist in the ballot for the election of 2025.

00:20Based on the resolution of the Common Act and the Bank, 156 partylist groups will be included in the raffle.

00:27The Common Act ensured that the software will be certified and will be used for the electronic raffle.

00:33The Common Act started the 2013 raffle system to be fair to the partylist groups.

00:39In the past, the partylist groups were in alphabetical order in the ballot.

00:43That's why many use the letter A or number 1 in their names to be first on the list.
