00:31Arrested are 17 foreign nationals

00:33including 15 Chinese nationals,

00:361 Taiwanese, and 1 Malaysian

00:38who were supervised by the group and had direct contact with the boss.

00:42According to NBI Director Jaime Santiago,

00:44the large Pogo was formed by a small group.

00:47Residential units and apartments are occupied

00:53so that it is not obvious that Pogo is still involved in their scamming activities

01:03That's why 17 of them left the bigger group

01:13and formed a small group to continue with their scamming activities.

01:18NBI explained that the arrested were part of a communications group

02:08that they use to hack the victim.
