00:20This event is a celebration of success so we invited 30 developers and we also invited
00:49the top sellers in the country so in order to collaborate and create success so they
00:55can create a good product because the problem with the backlog today, a lot of people are
01:02telling me, Jaton, bakit maraming pondok, bakit hindi nabenta?
01:07It is always about the market.
01:09The developer didn't create a product for the market and I always advise them that's
01:14the reason to be a market developer driven.
01:19According to the developers, the convention helped them a lot because they can get direct
01:25data from the agents.
01:27It's always good to have perspective from someone on the ground and the groups of Filipino
01:32homes, you have thousands of sellers interacting with sellers, interacting with clients every
01:38day.
01:39So if you rely on raw data, that is actually in a way sometimes very theoretical, it's
01:46always good to get information from the ground.

02:09We want to shift our direction, our focus to industrial space, so that's why we have one
02:15project now that's in the pipeline, that's in the planning stage in Consolacion, 42 hectares
02:21to be developed into an industrial park.
02:24So we'll be selling 1,000 square meter to 1,005, 2,000 industrial lots.
