00:00Soon you shall remember what I say to you, I entrust my affairs to Allah, surely Allah
00:25is watchful over His servants.
00:29Eventually Allah saved the person endowed with faith from all the evils of their guile
00:48and a woeful chastisement encompassed the Pharaonites.
00:53The Fire shall be exposed to them morning and evening,
01:00and the Day the Hour comes,
01:03enter the House of Pharaoh, the most severe of torments.
01:11They are exposed to the Fire every morning and evening,
01:16and when the last hour will come to pass, a command shall be given,
01:21Admit the Pharaonites to an even more severe chastisement.
01:26And when they will argue in the Fire, the weak will say to those who were arrogant,
01:39We were your followers, so will you deprive us of a share of the Fire?
01:58Just imagine when they will remonstrate with one another in Hell.
02:03The weak ones will say to those who waxed proud,
02:07We were your followers, will you then lighten for us a part of our suffering of the Fire?
02:15Those who waxed proud will reply, All of us are in it.
02:35Allah has already passed His judgment among His servants.
02:39Those suffering in the Fire will say to the keepers of Hell,
02:57Call upon your Lord to lighten the chastisement for us, just for a day.
03:03The keepers of Hell will ask, Did your messengers not come to you?
03:32They will say, Yes, they did.
03:37The keepers of Hell will say, Then you yourselves should call upon the Lord.
03:43And the call of the unbelievers will end in vain.
03:47Surely, we shall help our messengers and the believers in the life of this world and on the day when witnesses will rise to testify.
04:16The day when the excuses offered by the wrongdoers shall not avail them.
04:35They shall be victims of the curse and a woeful abode.
04:40We surely guided Moses and made the children of Israel the heirs of the book,
05:06which was a guidance and good counsel to people endowed with understanding and wisdom.
05:14Be steadfast then, O Prophet! Allah's promise is true.
05:38Seek forgiveness for your shortcomings and celebrate the praise of your Lord evening and morning.
06:08Verily, those who dispute regarding the signs of Allah, without any evidence that might have come to them, nothing but vain pride fills their hearts.
06:25Yet, they shall never be able to satisfy the pride with which they are puffed up.
06:32So seek refuge with Allah. Verily, He is All-Hearing, All-Seeing.
06:39Surely, the creation of the heavens and the earth is a greater act than the creation of human beings.
07:01But most people do not know.
07:23Never can the blind and the seeing be equal, nor those that believe enact righteously, and those that do evil.
07:32Little do you understand.
07:34Verily, the Hour is coming. There is no doubt about it, but most people do not believe.
07:48The Hour will indeed come. There is no doubt about that, yet most people do not believe.
07:56Your Lord said, Pray to Me, and I will accept your prayers.
08:23Surely, those who wax too proud to worship Me shall enter Hell, utterly abased.
08:31Allah is the One who has made the night for you, so that you may rest therein, and the day to see.
08:39Verily, Allah is the Possessor of Bounty over the people, yet most people do not give thanks.
08:52Allah it is who made the night so that you may seek repose in it, and made the day radiant.
09:00Surely, Allah is Most Bounteous to People, but most people do not give thanks.
09:08This is Allah, your Lord, the Creator of all things. There is no god but He. How, then, are you turned away?
09:24Allah, who bestowed all these favours upon you, is your Lord, the Creator of everything.
09:32There is no god but He. Whence are you, then, being led astray?
09:48Thus it is, only those who had denied Allah's signs, that were led astray.
09:55Allah is the One who has made the earth for you a resting place, and the sky a building, and has fashioned you.
10:05He has fashioned you, and has made your forms beautiful, and has provided you with good things.
10:13This is Allah, your Lord, so blessed is Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
10:22Allah it is who made the earth a dwelling place for you, and made the sky a canopy,
10:30who shaped you, and shaped you exceedingly well, and gave you good things as sustenance.
10:38That is Allah, your Lord, blessed be Allah, the Lord of the universe.
10:52He is the Ever-Living. There is no god but He. So call upon Him, consecrating to Him all your devotion.
11:00All praise and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the whole universe.
11:06Call upon Him, consecrating to Him all your devotion. All praise and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the whole universe.
11:37Say, O Prophet, I have been forbidden to worship those beside Allah, whom you call upon.
11:45How can I worship any beside Allah, when clear signs have come to me from my Lord,
11:51and I have been commanded to surrender to Allah, the Lord of the universe.
11:57I have been commanded to surrender to Allah, the Lord of the universe.
12:27He it is who created you from dust, then from a sea of dust,
12:34and from a mountain of dust, and from a mountain of dust, and from a mountain of dust,
12:39and from a mountain of dust, and from a mountain of dust, and from a mountain of dust,
12:44and from a mountain of dust, and from a mountain of dust, and from a mountain of dust,
12:49and from a mountain of dust, and from a mountain of dust, and from a mountain of dust,
12:54He it is who created you from dust, then from a sperm drop, then from a clot,
13:00then He brings you out as an infant, then cause you to grow into full maturity,
13:06and then causes you to grow further, so that you may reach old age,
13:11while some of you He recalls earlier.
13:15All this is in order that you may reach an appointed term, and that you may understand the truth.
13:22He it is who gives life and causes death.
13:29Whenever He decrees a thing, He only commands to it,
13:34Be, and it is.
13:37Did you not see those who dispute concerning Allah's signs?
13:41Whence are they there?
13:44Those who dispute concerning the Signs of Allah.
13:49Those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah.
13:53They are destroying the signs of Allah.
13:56They are destroying the signs of Allah.
14:01Did you not see those who dispute concerning Allah's signs?
14:05Whence are they then being turned astray?
14:09Those who denied the Book and what Our Messengers sent with it will soon come to know.
14:21Those who gave the lie to this Book and all the Books which We had sent with Our Messengers
14:28shall soon come to know the truth.
14:40When fetters and chains shall be on their necks and they shall be dragged into
14:55boiling water and cast into the fire, it will then be said to them,
15:11Where are those whom you have denied?
15:13They will be said, They have gone astray from Allah.
15:19Nay, we did not invoke Him at all in the past.
15:28Thus does Allah misguide the disbelievers.
15:35Associated with Allah in His divinity, they will say, We have lost them.
15:42Rather, we never used to call upon anyone before.
15:46Thus will Allah cause them to stumble in error.
15:50That is because you used to rejoice in the earth without right and because you used to rejoice.
16:06They will be told, This is because while you were on earth you took delight in untruth and exulted in it.
16:16Enter hell now to abide in it. How woeful is the abode of those who wax proud.
16:38So be patient, O Prophet. Surely Allah's promise is true.
17:04Whether we show them a part of the woeful consequences against which we warn them while you are still in their midst,
17:12or we recall you from this world before that, eventually it is to us that they shall be brought back.
17:20And indeed, We sent messengers before you, some of whom We related to you, and some of them We did not relate to.
17:35Indeed, We sent many messengers before you.
18:02Of them there are some whose account We have narrated to you, and there are others whose account We have not narrated to you.
18:11It did not lie in any messenger's power to bring any sign except with Allah's leave.
18:18So when Allah's decree came, the matter was decided with justice, and those steeped in error courted utter loss, then and there.
18:30Allah it is Who has made cattle for you, so that you ride some of them, and from some of them you derive food.
18:50And for you therein are benefits, and that you may attain a need for them in your breasts, and on them and on the ship you are carried.
19:07In them there are also other benefits for you, and through them you fulfil your heartfelt need to reach places, and you are borne along upon them as upon the ships.
19:31Allah shows His signs to you, then which of Allah's signs will you deny?
20:01And He has not made avail of them that which they used to earn.
20:28When their messengers came to them with clear signs, they arrogantly exulted in whatever knowledge they had.
20:57They were then encompassed by what they had mocked.
21:02When they saw our chastisement, they said,
21:23We have come to believe in Allah, the only One, and we reject all what we had associated with Allah in His divinity.
21:33But their believing after they had seen our chastisement did not avail them.
22:02That has been Allah's way concerning His servants, and the unbelievers courted utter loss then and there.
22:12In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
22:24Hamim
22:33This is a revelation from the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
22:58A book whose verses have been well expounded, an Arabic Quran for those who have knowledge.
23:17One bearing good news and warning, yet most of them turned away and are not wont to give heed.
23:25They say,
23:54Our hearts are securely wrapped up against what you call us to, and in our ears is a heaviness, and between you and us there is a veil.
24:06So act, we too are acting.
24:35Tell them, O Prophet, I am only a human being like you.
24:40It is revealed to me that your God is one God.
24:44So direct yourselves straight to Him and seek His forgiveness.
24:49Woe to those who associate others with Allah in His divinity.
24:54Who do not pay zakah, and who deny the hereafter.
25:20As to those who have faith and do good works, surely theirs shall be a never-ending reward.
25:28Tell them, O Prophet, do you indeed disbelieve in Him, and assign compares to Him who created the earth in two days?
25:57He is the Lord of all beings of the universe.
26:28After creating the earth, He set up firm mountains on it, blessed it, and provided it with sustenance in proportion to the needs of all who seek sustenance.
26:42All this was done in four days.
26:58Then He turned to the heaven, while it was all smoke.
27:13He said to the heaven and the earth, Come into being, willingly or unwillingly.
27:19They said, Here we come into being, in willing obeisance.
27:25Then He established for them seven heavens in two days, and He inspired in each heaven its command.
27:39And We adorned the heaven of this world with lamps and protection.
27:48Then He made them seven heavens in two days, and revealed to each heaven its law.
28:02And We adorned the lower heaven with lamps and firmly secured it.
28:07All this is the firm plan of the Almighty, the All-Knowing.
28:13But if they turn away, tell them, I warn you against a sudden scourge like that which struck Aad and Thamud.
28:35When the messengers came to them from before them and from behind them, saying, Do not worship except Allah.
28:48They said, If our Lord had willed, He would have sent down angels, but we do not believe in what you have been sent with.
29:11When the messengers of Allah came to them from the front and from the rear, saying, Do not serve any but Allah.
29:20They said, Had our Lord so willed, He would have sent down angels, so we deny the message you have brought.
29:29As for Aad, they were arrogant in the land without right, and said, Who is stronger than us?
29:41Did they not see that Allah, who created them, is stronger than them?
29:49And they used to deny Our signs.
29:59They waxed proud in the land without justification and said, Who is greater than we in strength?
30:06Did they not see that Allah, who created them, is greater in strength than they?
30:12They continued to deny Our signs.
30:15So We sent upon them a violent wind in the days of distress, that We might make them taste the punishment of disgrace in the life of this world.
30:33And the punishment of the Hereafter is more disgraceful, and they will not be helped.
30:45So We sent upon them a violent wind in the days of distress, that We might make them taste the punishment of disgrace in the life of this world.
30:55And the punishment of the Hereafter is more disgraceful, and they will not be helped.
31:16As for Thamud, We bestowed guidance upon them, but they preferred to remain blind rather than be guided.
31:34At last, a humiliating scourge overtook them on account of their misdeeds.
31:40Yet, We delivered those who believed and were God-fearing.
31:47Yet, We delivered those who believed and were God-fearing.
31:55And the Day when the enemies of Allah will be gathered to the Fire, and they will be torn apart.
32:05Imagine the Day when Allah's enemies will be mustered to the Fire,
32:11and the people of the former times will be detained until the arrival of people of the later times.
32:19Until the time they have arrived, their hearing, their sight, and their skin will bear witness against them.
32:38And when all have arrived, their ears, their eyes, and their skin shall bear witness against them,
32:46stating all that they had done in the life of the world.
32:50And they will say to their skins, Why did you bear witness against us?
32:55They will say, Allah has spoken to us, who has spoken to all things,
33:04and He created you the first time, and to Him you will be returned.
33:21The skins will reply, Allah gave a speech, as He gave speech to all others.
33:27He it is who created you for the first time, and it is to Him that you will be sent back.
33:51When you used to conceal yourselves while committing misdeeds,
33:56you never thought that your ears, or your eyes, or your skins would ever bear witness against you.
34:04You rather fancy that Allah does not know a great deal of what you do.
34:11This thought of yours about your Lord has led to your perdition,
34:17and you have become ill-mannered, and cannot see a thing.
34:25And Allah has given you a reward for your sin.
34:29This thought of yours about your Lord has led to your perdition and you have become
34:40among the losers.
34:43In this state, whether they bear with patience or not, fire alone shall be their abode, and
35:06if they seek to make amends, they will not be allowed to do so.
35:42We had assigned to them companions who embellished for them all that was before them and behind
35:49them.
35:50Thus, the same decree of chastisement which had overtaken the previous generations of
35:55jinn and human beings also became due against them.
36:01Surely, they became the losers.
36:17The deniers of the truth say, do not give ear to the Qur'an and cause interruption when
36:23it is recited.
36:25Thus, perhaps, you will gain the upper hand.
36:46We shall certainly make these unbelievers taste a terrible chastisement and shall fully
36:53require them according to the worst deeds that they committed.
37:19That is the recompense of the enemies of Allah, the fire, their abiding home.
37:26That will be the recompense for their denying our signs.
37:49There the unbelievers will say,
37:51Our Lord, show us those that led us astray, both jinn and humans,
37:57and we will trample them under our feet, so that they are utterly degraded.
38:34Those who say, Allah is our Lord, and then remain steadfast,
38:40upon them descend angels, and say,
38:44Do not fear nor grieve, and receive good tidings of Paradise, which you were promised.
39:11We are your companions in this world, and in the Hereafter.
39:17There you shall have all that you desire, and all what you will ask for.
40:57But none attains to this except those who are steadfast.
41:02None attains to this except those endowed with mighty good fortune.
41:24And if you are prompted by a provocation from Satan,
41:28seek refuge with Allah.
41:30He, and He alone, is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
41:58And of His signs are the night and the day, and the sun and the moon.
42:04Do not prostrate yourselves before the sun nor before the moon,
42:09but prostrate yourselves before Allah, who created them, if it is Him that you serve.
42:29But if they wax proud and persist in their attitude,
42:33it does not matter, for the angels ne'er station to your Lord.
42:37Glorify Him night and day, and never grow weary.
43:17And of His signs is that you see the earth withered,
43:21then We send down water upon it, and lo! it quivers and swells.
43:27Surely, He who gives life to the dead earth will also give life to the dead.
43:34Surely, He has power over everything.
44:08Those who pervert Our signs are not hidden from Us.
44:14Is He who will be cast into the fire better, or He who comes secure on the Day of Resurrection?
44:22Do as you wish. He sees all what you do.
44:41These are the ones who rejected the good counsel when it came to them, although it is certainly a mighty book.
45:06Falsehood may not enter it from the front or from the rear.
45:11It is a revelation that has been sent down from the most wise, the immensely praiseworthy.
45:37O Prophet, nothing is said to you but what was already said to the messengers before you.
45:46Surely, your Lord is the Lord of forgiveness and the Lord of grievous chastisement.
46:33Had we revealed this as a non-Arabic Quran, they would have said,
46:38why were its verses not clearly expounded?
46:42How strange, a non-Arabic scripture and an Arab audience!
46:47Tell them, it is a guidance and a healing to the believers,
