mutton leg 01 make deep cuts on it

oil for deep fry

thick yoghurt 3 tbsp

food colour orange or yellow
lemon juice or vinegar 2 tbsp
hot sauce or chilli ketchup 1 tbsp
apply on lamb leg and keep covered in a foil or thick paper

steam for 3 hours in pot or steam for 1 to 1.5 hours in pressure cooker on low flame
for biryani
rice4 cups
soak and then boil 95 percent with 3 tsp salt,1 tsp oil and vinegar,you can add garam masala like whole peppers whole cumin as well
