00:00There is no storm or low-pressure area that is monitoring the situation inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility or PAR.
00:05What is affecting our country is the shear line that reaches the extreme northern Luzon and East Release.
00:11What is affecting is the eastern part of Luzon and Visayas.
00:15Because of the shear line, the Batanes will experience heavy rains and landslides.
00:20The same will happen in Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon because of the East Release.
00:26The weather will be better during the day in Metro Manila, the eastern part of Luzon, Eastern Visayas, and Mindanao.
