00:00All right. Now, let's move on to the issue of loans.
00:04The sale of loans to Utah.
00:07Yes, that's right. That's the University of China, Malaysia.
00:10So, what is it? What is our foundation?
00:13All efforts or foundations for education.
00:19Not for profit, but for education.
00:22We have to exclude it.
00:24Why is it too late to take action for Utah?
00:27Because the foundation is not yet separated
00:31between commercial business and education.
00:39So, I suggest that it should be separated.
00:42But, if it is to build a faculty,
00:47to provide education to poor students,
00:50to exclude tuition,
00:52we exclude interest.
00:54For me, there is no problem.
00:56We only announce it because it is too late to pass it
01:00because the Utah foundation is not yet separated.
01:04So, recently, they told us,
01:06it's okay, they said.
01:07Give us a year, we'll separate it.
01:09But in the meantime,
01:11please exclude it.
01:13Give all tuition for education
01:19and for poor children.
01:22When I talk about poor children,
01:24I don't care if they are Chinese, Malay, or Indian.
01:27Sabah or Sarawak.
01:29For poor children,
01:31if they are Malay, it's okay.
01:32But for Utah, Chinese children,
01:34it's not the same.
01:35For all poor children,
01:36the tuition we provide is only for Malay.
01:42If they are poor in China, it's okay.
01:44We can't think like this.
01:47That's why I know it's an issue.
01:50In the village, they said,
01:52look, Anwar, he joined DAP.
01:55And the rich Chinese,
01:59RM83 million,
02:01don't have to pay tuition.
02:03For Malay,
02:05who have small companies,
02:06have to pay tuition.
02:07We know this is a false claim.
02:09I say this because this is a big issue
02:12used by the foundation.
02:14Should we exclude it? No.
02:16Should we withdraw it? No.
02:19If this country wants to be a country
02:22that can respect and love
02:25all its people,
02:27this government will be firm
02:30and implement what we have promised.
02:33And no compromise.
