00:21found a large motorboat that was missing.

00:24It was 300 meters away from Ursula Island in Barangay Rio Tuba, Bataraza, Palawan.

01:12The captain and 10 crew of the vessel, called Balabac, were arrested.

01:19They are facing allegations of illegal sale of oil products

01:23and violation of the Tax Reform Acts of 1997.

01:29The dealers and smugglers of oil can be jailed.

01:34There is no permit for smuggling and there is no tax on these products.
