00:00I feel really really happy now once I've got this award and I wouldn't be winning
00:11this award without my customers. The customers has been nominated us for the
00:19beginning and they've been voting for us and that's why we are participating in
00:25the competition but I didn't think that we're gonna bring this award at home
00:32without my customers support.
00:39When they said the Vine Indian cuisine on the stage we thought well we've done it, it's been a long journey but it's been a
00:45successful journey I'd say. I mean the customers are part of this amazing
00:50achievement without the customers you know it wouldn't have been possible you
00:56know dad himself as well he's been cooking for a long time he's very
01:00passionate with what he does and I think it's what he does best and you
01:05know dad, the customers, all of our team as well it's a joint effort to bring
01:12this achievement home.
01:14And Mo how does it feel for you to be working with your dad?
01:18I mean when I was growing up I didn't spend much time with dad because he was always
01:24you know working you know providing us a better life and I think I understand why
01:32he did it and to say that you know we're working together along with Akram as
01:36well, it's challenging but I think it's what brings us closer as a family I
01:44mean not every day you see you know a family-run restaurant you know and
01:48sometimes there are ups and downs but it brings us closer and it's amazing
01:54working with family.
01:56Great, is there anything else that you'd like to say at all?
01:59A big massive thank you to once again all of our customers for showing us the
02:04ultimate support, big thank you to dad and thank you guys as well for having us
02:11share our story with you.
