00:00 So my name is Joshua Overton, chef patron of Restaurant Mease, based in the village
00:07 of Hovingham.
00:08 We're a tiny little restaurant that serves a taster menu, around about 16 courses, and
00:14 we've just rolled in a mission star.
00:16 The restaurant's fairly new, only seven months open.
00:19 Amazing feeling to win the mission star after only seven months, it feels incredible.
00:24 So the restaurant Mease is based on British cuisine, and we serve local food and local
00:31 products.
00:33 We try our hardest to use local produce, whether it be asparagus from St. Hutton, or local
00:39 artichokes from Fangfoss.
00:40 If it's local, we use it.
