Nel momento in cui si comunicano si comunicano con la concretezza dei fatti e con la coerenza delle informazioni, non bisogna seguire le mode del momento”. Lo afferma Gaia Mazzon, communication manager di Alstom, a margine della dodicesima edizione del Salone della Csr e dell’Innovazione sociale, in svolgimento all’università Bocconi di Milano fino all’11 ottobre.
