00:00Starting today, the President will be able to buy 4.3 pesos per kilo of rice in Cason City.

00:06Some residents are lining up in a Kadiwa center to get their first 29 pesos per kilo of rice.

00:19A carton of bedding was laid and a canteen was set up against the moxie rows.

00:23It was only 10 p.m. when the National Irrigation Administration in Cason City lined up outside the canteen.

00:30Its target is to be able to buy 29 pesos per kilo of cheap rice in Kadiwa Center.

00:34I have to go to school later, that's why I lined up early so I can finish early.

00:47Among those who can afford to buy 29 pesos of cheap rice are beneficiaries of 4Ps,

00:53persons with disabilities or PWDs, senior citizens, and solo parents.
