00:00Residents of Batangas City, Oriental Mindoro and Occidental Mindoro were evacuated following the floods of Haing Habagat and Baguiong Karina.
00:08They are also not allowed to go fishing.

00:18Because of the unceasing flooding of Habagat that was intensified by Baguiong Karina,
00:23Occidental Mindoro was also affected.
00:26Sablayan was also affected.
00:29Five barangays were flooded because of the flooding of Amnay and Patrick River.
00:33Pre-emptive evacuations were carried out in the flooded barangays.
00:37More than 1,300 individuals were evacuated.
00:40No casualties were reported in the province.
00:43It's just a coincidence that there's a high tide right now.
00:47Other barangays were also affected because of the high tide.
00:55When the high tide was low, the flood subsided.
01:00In Oriental Mindoro, three rivers are already at a critical level because of the unceasing flooding.
01:06Because of the flooding, a road was not able to pass through Abaton in Barangay Parang in Calapan City
01:11where an evacuation was carried out.
01:14Bungabong and Baco were also affected.
01:17At the same time of the flooding, Pinamocan Proper built a strong dam in Batangas City.
01:23The dam was destroyed so the water entered and it almost flooded.
01:27When there's a flood in Habagat, the residents are not allowed to go fishing.
01:33We should help the fishermen so that they can come to us.
01:41We advised them to raise their boats in case of high tide.
01:46They can evacuate and coordinate with their barangay disaster officers and barangay council.
01:51This family has already evacuated.
01:54Their house's wall was destroyed because of the strong wind and rain.
01:58They are continuing to live in their house next to the food box of City Hall.
02:03In Lian, Batangas, several floating cottages were destroyed in Matabongkay Beach.
02:08The Lian MDRRMO is continuing to conduct an assessment to find out how many are affected.
