00:39And then I think increasingly just flexibility and
00:42adaptability of our service model for clients.
00:47Brands are moving faster than ever.
00:49They're looking to be more agile and more nimble, and
00:51they need their partners to do that as well.
00:54So we've embraced a model called agency as a platform,
00:57which is really a philosophy and a system for how we organize ourselves
01:02in a highly flexible way to meet very different client requirements.
01:08Big portfolio clients, small brand clients,
01:12clients across various categories, so that agility and flexibility.
