00:00It's great to be here at Masters Brewery, wonderful to see how people enjoy making beer

00:17here and so many of us enjoy drinking it.

00:48So we've worked in there with the hops for about an hour and a half and that's the time

00:53when all of the bitterness had been extracted from the hops.

00:57And this is one area where you can differentiate most of our beers because it's the hops themselves

01:04that give the hops a different character, different varieties.

01:08We use about 80% of our hops from the UK and on that 80% split probably 60% is from the United States.

01:20But this block here, the first block here is a building that's sort of extended in there

01:24so when I joined that spent grain stand there, there was an open stairway which went from

01:30about here up to what landed so that didn't come at all.
