00:44which include wide-ranging offenses from trafficking to racketeering.
00:48She has labeled the claims as, quote,
00:50lies, while acknowledging that her son has made past mistakes.
00:54She further said the situation is, quote,
00:57and expressed how hard it is to see Diddy judged based on what she calls a, quote,
01:02false narrative.
01:03Janice Smallcombs also referred to the shocking video of her son
01:07attacking his ex, Cassie Ventura, in a hotel hallway.
01:10We begin tonight with the alarming images now emerging of Sean Diddy Combs.
01:13The new video obtained exclusively by CNN.
01:17She acknowledges that her son has not been entirely truthful about certain incidents,
01:21but argues that one mistake does not make him guilty of the broader accusations.
01:26Janice further expressed her agony over how quickly the public has turned against Diddy,
01:30suggesting that many of the accusers are motivated by financial gain.
01:34Meanwhile, a lawyer says she has seen stills from an alleged sex tape that she says
01:39shows Sean Combs having sex with a very famous star.
01:43Tupac's family hires investigators to find link to Diddy.
01:47Tupac Shakur's family is still seeking answers about the prolific rapper's 1996 murder,
01:52and in some rather surprising news,
01:54they have hired attorney Alec Spiro to investigate any possible connection to Sean Diddy Combs.
01:59The family of late rapper Tupac Shakur has hired a team of investigators
02:03to look into what they say is a link between Sean Diddy Combs and the murder
02:08of the hip-hop star in 1996.
02:11Spiro, known for representing Alec Baldwin in his recent Rust legal case,
02:15will now focus on whether Diddy had a role in Tupac's death.
02:18Do you think that he may have actually had anything to do with the death of Tupac?
02:25Well, there's always been talk about Diddy being involved in that.
02:28Tupac was killed in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas in 1996, a case that remains unsolved.
02:35However, in September 2023, Las Vegas police arrested Dwayne Keefy D. Davis,
02:40who was described as the, quote,
02:42mastermind, though not the shooter.
02:44Davis has pleaded not guilty and will stand trial in March 2025.
02:49Court documents reveal that Davis previously claimed
02:52Diddy offered up to $1 million for Tupac's murder.
02:55The man now charged with orchestrating that hit
02:58has claimed that Diddy paid to have Tupac killed.
03:01Despite this allegation, the Las Vegas police have stated that Diddy has never been considered
03:06a suspect, nor has he been charged in connection to the case.
03:09Combs has consistently denied any involvement, calling the accusations, quote,
03:14completely false.
03:16Woman alleges Diddy assault and pregnancy.
03:18Sean Diddy Combs is facing yet another lawsuit.
03:22Despite the federal charges levied against him,
03:25civil allegations against Sean Diddy Combs have continued to pour in.
03:29One new lawsuit filed in New York State Supreme Court accuses
03:32Combs of assault and abuse over a four-year period, starting in fall 2020.
03:37The suit, filed September 27th,
03:40alleges that Diddy repeatedly assaulted the woman, identified as Jane Doe.
03:44The unnamed plaintiff alleges that Combs forced her into non-consensual relations
03:49and recorded their encounters without consent.
03:52She also claims the rapper impregnated her, but says she later lost the pregnancy.
03:57The lawsuit also claims that Combs and his team intimidated
04:00and controlled her through threats, emotional manipulation, and surveillance.
04:04The acts allegedly continued until July 2024,
04:08months after Combs' Los Angeles and Miami homes were raided by Homeland Security agents,
04:13and shortly before his arrest in New York City.
04:15The lawsuit also includes claims against rapper Young Miami,
04:19who the woman says carried out threats on Diddy's behalf.
04:22Jane Doe says she's endured trauma, financial injury,
04:25and physical injury at the hands of Diddy and is seeking an unspecified amount of damages.
04:31Diddy denies latest allegations concerning youths.
04:34We are following breaking news right now related to music mogul Sean Diddy Combs.
04:38Major new allegations today of sexual assault and exploitation by Combs.
04:42Sean Diddy Combs' attorney has once again denied all allegations of abuse,
04:47especially those involving youths.
04:49This comes following the announcement of a pending lawsuit with 120 new victims.
04:54He has had over 3,000 individuals reach out to his law firm in Houston, Texas,
05:00that he and his team have been vetting these claims,
05:02that now they are representing over 120 accusers.
05:06Attorney Tony Busby, representing the alleged victims,
05:09revealed that 25 of those who have come forward say they were minors at the time of the incidents.
05:14The purported crimes spanned over 25 years,
05:17with many said to have taken place during, quote, auditions for Bad Boy Records.
05:21What shocked me most was that it was going on openly in front of other people,
05:28people that you would know who didn't do anything to stop it.
05:32Combs' legal team rejects all the claims, calling them, quote,
05:36false and defamatory, and describes the situation as a, quote, reckless media circus.
05:41They emphasize that Diddy cannot address every allegation, but is, quote,
05:45eager to prove his innocence in court, where evidence will be examined.
05:49Busby, however, stated that many of the lawsuits will be filed
05:52under New York's Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law,
05:56which notably allows claims even after the statute of limitations has expired.

07:53as one of Diddy's, quote,
07:55freak-offs, the X-rated performance parties at the center of Combs' current federal charges.

08:06drug-fueled sex parties for his own twisted enjoyment.
08:10Wittek says things got stranger with each passing floor.
08:13He revealed that he would go on to witness live erotic acts for the first time in his life.
