00:05Welcome to WatchMojo, and today we're looking at the latest developments
00:08surrounding Sean Diddy Combs and his ongoing legal plights.
00:12Warning, certain information contains distressing details.
00:15And so I need to give you a massive flashing red warning here.
00:21Newly filed lawsuits for men and women.
00:24More legal trouble for Sean Diddy Combs. Six new lawsuits filed against him.
00:29In addition to the federal charges levied against Sean Diddy Combs,
00:32additional civil suits continue to pour in.
00:35Six new accusers have filed lawsuits against Combs,
00:38accusing the disgraced music mogul of non-consensual intercourse,
00:42indecent abuse, and assault.
00:44One of the alleged victims, just 16 at the time.
00:48The lawsuits, filed by two Jane Does and four John Does in New York,
00:52are the first of the reported 120 claims being brought against Diddy
00:56by Texas-based lawyer Tony Busby.
00:58What shocked me most was that it was going on openly in front of other people.
01:05People that you would know who didn't do anything to stop it.
01:09The allegations span from 1995 to 2021,
01:13with many incidents claiming to have taken place at parties hosted by Combs.
01:17One man, however, purports that he was indecently assaulted
01:20in the back room of a department store in 2008.
01:23A Jane Doe alleges she was unlawfully taken advantage of by Combs at a hotel.
01:28Asserting it was done following a photo shoot when she was 19 years of age.
01:33Another male accuser says he was covertly given narcotics
01:36and later assaulted by Combs along with other men at a party in 2021.
01:40After losing consciousness, he states he later, quote,
01:43came to and saw Diddy on top of him.
01:45Other males, including a then-16-year-old,
01:48allege assaults at parties in the Hamptons in 1998 and 2006.
01:53Both are described as being Combs' infamous white parties,
01:56which were held annually in the late 90s and early 2000s.
01:59The second Jane Doe alleges her assault took place in 1995
02:03at a promotional party in New York for the Biggie Smalls' music video, One More Chance.
02:07Another alleged incident occurred during a 1995 promotional party
02:11for the Notorious B.I.G.'s One More Chance music video.
02:15Macy's accused of covering up Diddy assault.
02:18Department store Macy's is at the center of one of the six new
02:21accusations brought forth against Sean Diddy Combs.
02:24Macy's has been accused of covering up the alleged
02:272008 backroom assault by Combs at its flagship store in Manhattan.
02:31Four of the six were filed by men,
02:33including one who was allegedly assaulted at Macy's flagship store in 2008.
02:37The lawsuit claims Combs forced a man to perform indecent acts on him
02:41following physical assaults from Combs' bodyguards.
02:44The lawsuit alleges that Macy's, quote,
02:46covered up the incident to protect its multimillion-dollar partnership
02:50with Combs' clothing brand, Sean John.
02:52The plaintiff, who worked for Combs' clothing competitor Echo Unlimited,
02:56states that his life was also threatened through verbal intimidation.
02:59After the incident, Combs allegedly distributed
03:02merchandise to fans as though nothing had happened.
03:05The man says he reported the assault to Macy's security,
03:08but claims no follow-up occurred.
03:10The lawsuit goes on to further claim that three weeks later,
03:13Macy's CEO Terry Lundgren pressured Echo executives to fire the plaintiff
03:17due to the new deal with Combs' brand.
03:19The plaintiff was fired and subsequently lost his company-provided apartment.
03:23He believes that his report of the assault was, quote,
03:26purged from Macy's records.
03:28Obviously, I mean, it's an incredibly troubling allegation,
03:31and the rest of the allegations are very similar.
03:34Cassie video a government leak.
03:36Where Diddy claims he's been the victim of unlawful government leaks.
03:40Sean Diddy Combs' legal team has accused the U.S. government

03:48physically assaulting ex-Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway.
03:52We're going to begin tonight with the alarming images
03:53now emerging of Sean Diddy Combs.
03:55The new video obtained exclusively by CNN.
03:59They claim the video has unfairly biased the public against Diddy
04:02and argue that such leaks caused damaging pre-trial publicity,
04:06jeopardizing Combs' right to a fair trial.
04:08The mogul's attorneys went on to allege that confidential
04:11grand jury material and information about the case
04:13has been strategically leaked since March 2024.
04:17This video was a real game changer in the course of this story, Billy.
04:24They have since asked the court to order federal employees
04:26to stop sharing evidence with the media.
04:28In addition, Combs' legal team is calling for a hearing
04:31to determine the role of the Department of Homeland Security
04:34and whether the U.S. Attorney's Office took steps to prevent the leaks.
04:38A lot of theories out there.
04:40This was on hotel security surveillance footage.
04:44Why did this not come out until now?
04:46Indecent assault for Tupac murder comment.
04:49Sean Diddy Combs is facing another lawsuit accusing him
04:52of a violent indecent assault.
04:54A woman named Ashley Parham says this came as retaliation
04:57for a comment she made about Diddy's alleged involvement
04:59in Tupac Shakur's murder.
05:01And she has agreed to allow her name to be made public.
05:04Let's be real clear about that.
05:05She is going public with her name.
05:07The lawsuit claims that Combs, along with several accomplices,
05:10assaulted Parham in March 2018.
05:13Parham had previously expressed her belief that Combs
05:15was connected to Tupac's death,
05:17which reportedly prompted Diddy to threaten her.
05:19She says she believed that Diddy had something to do
05:22with the murder of Tupac Shakur and said as much.
05:26Allegedly, Diddy warned her that she would pay
05:29for saying something like that.
05:30The lawsuit also names Christina Coram,

05:35and covering it up.

06:07when the topic of Diddy's famous parties came up.
06:10Cannon admitted to attending the parties
06:12and says he first did so as a teenager.

06:48because they probably got something to hide.
06:50I ain't got nothing to hide.
06:51He described the vibe as, quote,

06:55and recalled standing outside hoping to get in,
