00:00Now, there's nothing like getting the waste out and not being constipated because when
00:07your body digests your food, the leftover that you may call poop or waste needs to get

00:16And if it's sitting in our colon, it's eventually going to have more bacteria eat at it.
00:23It's going to become putrefied and that eventually can get into our bloodstream and cause a whole
00:28bunch of inflammatory changes throughout our body.
00:32So my job today is to tell you the many ways that we can become more regular, particularly
00:40every day.
00:41There's nothing like waking up in the morning because that's when your body starts to turn
00:45on and go to the bathroom.
00:48But the key thing for this video is to be regular, to go every day.
00:54And there are many millions of people out there that wait several days, and this can
01:00be helped by just making a few changes.

01:07And one of the biggest problems that we have is not drinking enough water.
01:11And if our body is not hydrated, our organs, tissues, glands, and cells will not only suffer,
01:17but so will our colon.
01:20The stool has a tendency to dry up, making it harder to get it out of your system, making
01:27you constipated.
01:28And when you're constipated, you will get bloaty.
01:32You will feel heavy.
01:33You will feel drained and tired.
01:36You will do anything to get this out.
01:39But hold on, we're going to make it happen.
01:42So even when you're not thirsty, make sure you're drinking plenty of water throughout
01:47the day.
01:48It will make a big difference.
01:50And one of the greatest things that we can do when it comes to getting rid of that constipation,
01:56getting that waste out of our body, is to move.

02:01Walking around, exercising, whatever it is, whatever hobby you enjoy, the more movement
02:07we have within the joints, the more we stimulate our nervous system.
02:11That nervous system will stimulate the colon.
02:14Movement increases peristalsis.
02:17It's that movement within the colon so the waste can make its way out.
02:22And even after your meals, to keep your glucose levels down, if you get up and walk and just
02:29move around, this will make you more insulin sensitive, taking stress off the pancreas
02:35so that glucose can get into the cells much easier where you can get that energy and you're
02:41not going to feel tired, weakened, and fatigued.
02:46You want to make sure you're eating your fiber.
02:48You have soluble fiber, which actually makes your cholesterol go down.
02:53Great for your cardiovascular system.
