00:00The battle for the Manila City Hall of the former Mayor of Manila, Isko Moreno, and the current Mayor, Hani Lacuna, is now official.

00:07But will Congressman Sam Versoza and three others face off?

00:17Early in the morning, the streets around Roseros Park in the city of Manila were filled with people.

00:23They will be joining the filing of the Certificate of Candidacy for the Mayor of Manila, Isko Moreno.

00:30Moreno will be accompanied by his former Vice-Mayor and fellow incumbent, Mayor Hani Lacuna, who was the first to file his COC.

00:39He said he said goodbye to Mayor Lacuna.

00:45I respectfully asked Ate Hani, Ate, may I go back to being the Mayor?

00:55And swiftly, she answered, no, I'm running for re-election.

01:02And, you know, of course, I don't want that. She's sitting. She's the one who's sitting.

01:08It's her right.

01:12So what I did is kiss her and said goodbye and hug Doc Pox.

01:32The last time we spoke to each other was, I think, July 12.

01:49Moreno said before that his father, former Manila Vice-Mayor Danny Lacuna, was his second father.
