'Didn't have an answer': West Brom fans react to draw against Millwall

Jonny Drury caught up with Albion fans after they watched their side draw against Millwall.
Albion were the better side throughout but could not break through a resolute visiting back line.
Josh Maja had a the big chance in the first half and it turned it to be one of the only chances in the game.
It is now just one point from the last nine available for Albion.

00:00Paul, another frustration for Albion. What did you make of that? It wasn't a pretty watch
00:13at times. It was frustrating. Good going forwards, just that last furrow. We just didn't have
00:18that killer instinct in the last furrow. I think it was good in parts. A little bit slow
00:24build up, but yeah, we was getting there, but we just didn't seem to have that finished
00:28product today. I think they create a lot of chances, but it's coming into that final
00:32third. We just don't seem to have that killer instinct to make sure it gets in the back
00:36of the net. Yeah, in the first half, I think at one point Albion had 91% possession. They
00:41had the odd chance in the first half, but the second, the keeper didn't make a save.
00:44Do you feel there's enough quality out there to break such a deep defence like Millwall?
00:51There is. It just feels that they may have been a bit found out. Millwall definitely
00:57wasn't part of the bus today, so it was definitely hard for them to break down with everyone
01:01behind the ball. I just need that little bit more spark, a little bit more freedom maybe.
01:10You made changes today. Fans were calling for Johnston to come in. You mixed it up a
01:14little bit. Mulumby and Mowat come back in. Do you think the side that started today is
01:17probably close to their best 11? Pretty much, yeah. I think so. I think a lot of teams know
01:24how to set up against us now. After the last couple of results, it's showing that we're
01:31struggling to break them down. I think, clearly, they look very comfortable on the ball, moving
01:37it around, but again, it's just making sure that it gets to where it needs to be. There's
01:43a lot of action in the final third whenever Albion were playing. They just need to be
01:47getting their goals. That's one point from nine, going into the international break.
01:52Is it come at a good time for a little bit of a reset? We had that blistering start,
01:55now a bit of a stutter. Yeah, I can say, well, it's early days in the season, so it's not
02:00too bad. I think the break will do us good and hopefully reassess and come again back
02:07after the break. You'd like to think so. That's always the way with Albion. We just don't
02:12seem to have the depth in the squad. Usually, the fatigue kicks in a bit later on, but fingers
02:17crossed, a bit of a break, a bit of a mindset reset will help us out.
