00:39The dream of Prophet Yusuf A.S.
00:45Prophet Yusuf A.S. was the son of Prophet Yaqub A.S. and Rahel.
00:51He also had a younger brother whose name was Benyamin.
00:55He was the 12th son of Prophet Yaqub A.S.
00:59Prophet Yaqub A.S. loved Yusuf A.S. and Benyamin more than his other children.
01:06The other brothers were very upset about this.
01:12One night, Yusuf A.S. had a wonderful dream.
01:16He saw the sun, the moon, and 11 stars in the sky,
01:22which were saluting him.
01:29The young Prophet was very surprised by this dream.
01:33He wondered why the stars were saluting him.
01:37He did not understand the meaning of this,
01:40so he went to his father and told him about the dream.
01:43Yusuf A.S. replied,
01:45Father, I saw 11 stars in my dream.
01:48I saw the sun and the moon.
01:50He said to his father,
01:52I saw that they were saluting me.
01:55Prophet Yaqub A.S. was a prophet,
01:58and he understood the meaning of this dream.
02:01He was very happy with this.
02:03Allah Almighty has blessed you, Yusuf.
02:06The old prophet said to his son,
02:08The meaning of this dream is that you will be blessed with the knowledge of people's future.
02:14Prophet Yaqub A.S. was an old and wise man.
02:18Therefore, he knew that when his other sons would know about Yusuf's dream,
02:23they would not be happy.
02:25He warned them,
02:27My children, do not tell your brothers anything about this dream of yours.
02:32They will be jealous of you, and they will become your enemies.
02:35No, father, I will not tell them.
02:38The son replied,
02:40But the young boy went to his brothers and told them about the dream.
02:46When the brothers heard about it, they were very angry.
02:50Why does our father love Yusuf more than us?
02:53One of them said,
02:55Maybe because he is more beautiful than us.
02:58The other replied,
03:00Our father has gone astray.
03:02Another brother said,

03:16Look, there is no need to kill him to get rid of him.
03:20Look here, there is a well on the side of the road.

03:25We will take him as a passenger and make him our slave.
03:28And in this way, he will go away from our father's sight.
03:30And our work will be done.

03:38and asked him to send Yusuf with them.
03:44But Yaqub was very worried about Yusuf
03:48that the other brothers were jealous of him
03:50and did not love him at all.
03:52So they refused first.

04:23the prophet was forced to send Yusuf with them.
04:26He gave permission.
04:29The next day, all the brothers
04:32went to the jungle with Yusuf.
04:35They were very happy
04:37that they were finally going to get rid of him.
04:40They crossed the jungle
04:43and went straight to the well,
04:46as they had planned.
04:52They bowed down to the wall of the well
04:55and started pretending to drink water.
04:57Then a brother put his hand on Yusuf's shoulder
05:00and grabbed him tightly.
05:03Yusuf was surprised by this behavior
05:06and started trying to get rid of himself.
05:09Then all the brothers got together
05:11and grabbed him
05:13so that he could not move.
05:15Then one of them took off his shirt.
05:18Everyone picked up Yusuf
05:20and threw him into the deep well.

05:24and begged his brothers
05:26to save him.
05:28But the brothers refused
05:30and did not care for his brother.
05:34Yusuf was all alone
05:36in the deep well.
05:38He was very scared
05:40and was crying.
05:42Then Allah said to him,
05:44Do not be sad. Do not be afraid.
05:46I am with you.
05:48You are going to have a good life.
05:51Your brothers will be in front of you
05:52and you will remind them
05:54what they had done.
05:56Yusuf was saved
05:58because of the boiling water.
06:00He sat on the outside of the well
06:02with his head held high.
06:06All the brothers got together
06:08and said,
06:10What will we tell father?
06:12One of them said,
06:14We will tell him,
06:16You were right, father.
06:18The wolf ate him.
06:20Yes, the brothers agreed.
06:22The wolf ate him.
06:24Then the brothers caught a wolf
06:26and killed him.
06:28They put his blood
06:30on Yusuf's shirt.
