00:00I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
00:16Ladies and Gentlemen, Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu Wa Maghfiratuhu.
00:21Once again, I am honoured to be at your service with the programme on Shariah Law and Hanafi jurisprudence.
00:28A brother had asked, the animals that we eat meat from, like cows, goats, bulls, camels, etc.
00:35Do they have a clean urine?
00:39In the light of Hanafi jurisprudence, every animal's urine is impure and theirs is also impure.
00:47The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clearly stated,
00:51Save yourselves from the spills of urine, for it is the cause of most of the torment of the grave.
01:01In the light of Hanafi jurisprudence, the government has not imposed any restrictions
01:06on the urine of humans, animals, or wild animals.
01:11Therefore, in our view, every type of urine is impure.
01:15There was a suspicion in the mind of some people of the Uraina tribe,
01:21who came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to accept Islam in Madinah.
01:27However, they did not like the water and air, so they fell ill and their stomachs swelled up.
01:32So, the Merciful Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sent them camels outside Madinah for charity.
01:39He sent them to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to go there and mix their milk and urine,
01:44so that Allah will heal them.
01:46They went and did this, and they were healed.
01:48So, because of this, it was concluded that the meat of the animals that are eaten,
01:54their urine is pure.
01:57However, Imam Azam Abu Hanifa, peace and blessings be upon him,
02:00gives the answer that this was actually told to the Prophet through revelation,
02:05that their treatment is hidden in this.
02:07This is why the government chose it.
02:09And this Hadith, which I have mentioned,
02:12has the status of a corruption for it.
02:15If there was a temporary permission, then it is corrupted because of it.
02:19But in our jurisprudence of Hanafi, Imam Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him,
02:22considers it to be pure.
02:23Similarly, Imam Shafi, peace and blessings be upon him, considers it to be pure.
02:26So, it is a different issue.
02:27However, the standard of jurisprudence of Hanafi is that it is impure.
02:32Therefore, it cannot be used.
02:34Yes, Imam Azam and Imam Abu Yusuf, who are your students,
02:37consider it to be impure.
02:39However, according to this Hadith of Ahl-e-Uraina,
02:44if there is no other permissible treatment,
02:47then it can be used temporarily.
02:50Whereas, Imam Azam absolutely forbids it.
02:53So, I hope you have understood.
02:55Someone asked, is it possible for grammar to be wrong in the Quran?
03:00It cannot be.
03:03Actually, I think there was some confusion in Sa'il's mind.
03:09Actually, the grammar that comes into existence,
03:13when we collect Arabic grammar,
03:15then for it, as a proof, we use the Quran, Hadith,
03:19and the words of Ahl-ul-Lisan,
03:21even the villagers, the Arab companions,
03:25whether they were companions or non-companions,
03:28because their words were very eloquent,
03:30and they spoke very eloquent Arabic,
03:32so sometimes for the proof of grammar,
03:35their words are presented as evidence.
03:38Whoever reads Nahaf knows this,
03:40we scholars know this.
03:42So, this means that grammar will not be used to see the Quran and Hadith.
03:47Rather, the Quran and Hadith themselves
03:49become the reason for bringing grammar into existence.
03:52Yes, it is true that you brought grammar into existence.
03:55For example, a hundred sentences came in front of you,
03:57you drew the conclusion that this will be like this,
04:00the file will be erased, and the verb will be added to it.
04:03But then the 101st sentence was spoken by an Arab,
04:06and he put an attribute on the file,
04:09so you said, how did this happen?
04:11I am giving you an example, how did this happen?
04:13So we will not say that he said it wrong,
04:15but we will say that this is also the case,
04:17this is against the law, he said it against the law.
04:19We will not say that it is wrong.
04:21And there is a lot of evidence for this,
04:23that Allah Almighty said,
04:24We have revealed the Quran, and we are the protectors of it.
04:28No doubt we have revealed this Quran,
04:30and no doubt we are the protectors of it.
04:33Therefore, it is not possible that in the Holy Quran,
04:36any kind of error is left out.
04:39First of all, the ocean of knowledge of the Prophet,
04:42all the scholars agree on this,
04:44there is no difference in any school of thought,
04:47that more knowledge than all creatures
04:49was given to the Prophet.
04:51He had all kinds of knowledge,
04:53and then the companions who lived with him,
04:56and if the Prophet was not given attention,
05:00then it was the time of the revelation of the Quran,
05:03immediately the revelation from Allah would have been revealed,
05:06to correct this.
05:07This is a revelation, as is the case in many matters.
05:10Once the Prophet,
05:11because he was leading the prayer,
05:14so in the middle of the prayer,
05:16the Prophet lowered his nose,
05:18the companions also lowered their noses,
05:19the Prophet later asked,
05:20why did you do this?
05:21The Prophet said,
05:22I saw you doing this in the prayer,
05:24so I did it as well.
05:25The Prophet said,
05:26just now Gabriel came to me,
05:28he said that there is some dirt in your nose,
05:32for example, there is some dust,
05:34so you should remove it,
05:35so I removed it.
05:36The Lord,
05:37the matter of the Prophet's nose,
05:42during the prayer,
05:43to correct it,
05:44if you send Gabriel,
05:45then you think,
05:46a great book like the Quran,
05:48the one who had to live till the end,
05:50how can there be a mistake in it,
05:53and then it remains,
05:54so this is not called a mistake,
05:56this is called,
05:57using it against the law.
05:59This is never wrong,
06:01the use of the tongue,
06:02will never be called wrong,
06:03nor the Quran.
06:04Allah the Almighty,
06:05himself promised the protection of the Quran,
06:08so there can be no change,
06:10no deterioration in it.
06:12In fact,
06:13God forbid,
06:14if someone has a firm belief,
06:16that there can be a mistake in the Quran,
06:18then he weakens his religion,
06:20because now,
06:21non-Muslims will have a chance to say,
06:23that there are mistakes in the Quran,
06:25which means,
06:26when a person says,
06:27that there is a mistake in the Quran,
06:29then others,
06:30will say,
06:31that there can be other mistakes,
06:33so such a thing should not be said,
06:35and,
06:36the Holy Quran,
06:37is a great kind of,
06:38eloquence and eloquence,
06:39and this eloquence,
06:40think about it,
06:41that if there was a mistake in it,
06:43then the disbelievers of that time,
06:45would have remained silent,
