00:09This is Julian. Earlier at 4 in the afternoon, he was at a distance of 275 kilometers west-northwest of Itbayat, Batanes.

01:11We can expect this Bagyong Julian to be a track.

01:26So by tomorrow, it is possible to landfall in the south-western coast of Taiwan.

01:47After this landfall, it is possible that it will slow down or not, almost no movement, where on Saturday, this will be a low-pressure area.
01:59And then, because there is no dominant weather system that is possible to affect the movement of this Bagyong Julian, it is still possible for it to change into a track.

02:18Because of the Bagyong Julian, the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 is high in Batanes, Babuyan Islands, in the northern and western portion of Ilocos Norte.
02:31Earlier this afternoon, we released the latest weather advisory regarding the Bagyong Julian's rainfall.
02:39This is what we are mentioning here that the effect of the Bagyong Julian has already weakened in our country.
02:44But let's also expect that in the next 24 hours, there will be heavy rains, landslides and landslides in the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon.
